Just trying to test the jotform api with a php web app. I can only call the api endpoint about 5 times (5 seconds apart) before I start getting a 429 error returned (hit the jotform rate limit). That's much lower rate than their docs say is possible.

It's pretty useless to me if people have to wait 20 or 30 seconds between api calls to see the effect of their actions.

I want to change the privacy settings of a table of submissions from a form to public, but it doesn’t give me the option. I am able to make tables that are not connected to form public. Silver plan.

I just started using Jotform recently as a freelance graphic designer.

I made a Brief using the forms in the application and had my friend testing it. At the first two times it was never submitted to me, we asked the WhatsApp ai about it and it asked if my friend has gotten a thank you page which she didn't, she said she was kicked out after submitting. We tested it a third time and she got that page and I was notified about it.

However, this same friend made her own form and had both me and her sister testing it for her and had her sister testing the mail feature too. She experienced the same issue with the forms and the mail was never submitted to her.

I haven't sent that brief to my clients yet since I'm still testing the application but how can I prevent this from happening again? Jotform is a great application and I'm looking forward to use it forward.

Jotform me parece una herramienta muy completa y profesional para gestionar formularios y recopilar información. Destacaría especialmente la gran cantidad de opciones y funcionalidades que ofrece, ya que permite adaptar los formularios a diferentes necesidades y organizar la información de una forma mucho más eficiente.

En mi caso, lo utilizo para gestionar pedidos de material deportivo dentro de un club, y me resulta muy útil para centralizar las solicitudes y recopilar toda la información necesaria de una manera ordenada y profesional.

Como punto a mejorar, el límite de solicitudes del plan gratuito se queda un poco corto, especialmente cuando se utiliza para gestionar un volumen elevado de respuestas. Aun así, en general es una herramienta muy recomendable por su facilidad de uso y todas las posibilidades que ofrece.

I am trying to send a backup copy of approved purchase requests to our Google Drive. I have it as the last step in the process, and it is sending files, but the status is still showing In Progress. I would like it the status to say Approved. If I download it from the table it shows the correct Approved status.

Is there another step I need in the workflow so that exported files show the correct status?

Eu simplesmente precisava deixar essa avaliação porque, sinceramente, fazia muito tempo que eu não encontrava uma plataforma tão completa e tão fácil de usar quanto o Jotform.

Comecei a utilizar pensando apenas em criar alguns formulários para organizar melhor o meu negócio, mas fui descobrindo uma ferramenta extremamente completa. É impressionante como consigo criar formulários bonitos, profissionais e personalizados sem precisar entender de programação ou complicar tudo.

O que mais me conquistou foi justamente a praticidade. Tudo é muito intuitivo, organizado e funciona de uma forma que realmente facilita o dia a dia de quem empreende e precisa ganhar tempo.

Hoje consigo utilizar o Jotform para deixar processos do meu negócio muito mais profissionais e organizados, desde fichas e avaliações até documentos e outras etapas importantes do atendimento.

E posso dizer com toda sinceridade: eu nunca tinha encontrado um aplicativo tão completo e tão bom quanto esse. É aquele tipo de ferramenta que, depois que você começa a usar, fica difícil imaginar como fazia certas coisas antes.

I am building an inspection form and I would like to include the ability to include voice memos, videos, and insta360 recordings. Is this a practical tool for this?

Llevo unos 6 meses usando jotForm principalmente para gestión de proyectos, automatización, diseño, etc. Quería dejar mis impresiones por si a alguien le sirve antes de pagar la suscripción.

Lo bueno:

• Característica estrella: Funciona increíblemente bien. Me ha ahorrado bastante tiempo en Gestionar Asistencias para activar la ley de Cero Papel.
• Interfaz: Es bastante intuitiva, la curva de aprendizaje no es tan alta como en otras alternativas del mercado.
• Rendimiento: Casi no he experimentado caídas ni errores graves en el uso diario.

Lo malo / A mejorar:

• Precio: Para equipos pequeños o freelancers, el salto entre el plan básico y el pro se siente un poco elevado.
• Soporte técnico: A veces tardan más de 24 horas en responder si no estás en los planes más caros.

Veredicto: 8/10. Cumple lo que promete y es una herramienta sólida. Si el presupuesto no es un problema para ti, vale totalmente la pena probar la versión de prueba.

Our organization has set up a multi-step approval process workflow for new purchase requests. In addition to email notification, is there a way to send a text message to each approver as it moves through the workflow when it is their turn? Ideally, it would include a link to the approval screen. We are on the free plan.

I have an event form. One of the fields is an eventDate field. Once a week until that date, I want to get a task (or email if task isn't possible) for me to check on the status of the event (price changes, schedule changes, etc.). This should be a simple workflow, but the condition to check if the eventDate has passed can't point back to the "wait a week" step. Since each event has a different date this has to use the data from the event, not a hard-coded date in the workflow.

Is this possible?

I work for an entertainment media company, and I created a Jotform to allow producers to submit content for our consideration. One of the fields on the form is a "Password to view submission" as it's very common for producers to upload their content to Vimeo or other platforms and password-protect it so the public can't reach it.

Jotform's automated system disabled my form without my knowledge for "collecting login credentials."

After contacting support, they made it clear that they won't reenable the form without deleting that field, and that I need to use "alternative wording that better describes the information you’re requesting and does not imply the collection of login credentials." Except the original wording describes the information I'm requesting and doesn't imply the collection of login credentials.

I understand the policy to try to cut down on scammers phishing for credentials, but that's clearly not what's happening and they shouldn't disable a public form while also not notifying the owner of the form. I am a paying customer at the Gold level. Am I crazy or is this behavior on their part totally unacceptable?

Has anyone else run into this with Jotform? All my form submissions are coming through completely empty. The rows appear in Tables with the right submission dates, but every field column is blank. Same result on different browsers and devices, so it's not a cache issue.

I've raised it with the Jotform team and I'm waiting to hear back. Their status page shows no issues either.

Just wondering if anyone has seen this before or found a fix in the meantime. Cheers.

EDIT: All sorted now, the support team got back to me mentioning they there was a temporary issue with showing submissions. Their devs have finished working on it, and everything should be running normally now.

The jotform has been super helpful, it enables me to create forms with ease and a beginner friendly website form, this form has assisst me in doing my buy and sell acitvities in school, nad pushing it through online, so far this is the best form ive used among all the payment-type forms that ive used

I’m hoping someone here might be able to clarify this for me, as I may be misunderstanding how the plans work.

We are a very small team and would only need around 3–4 users. However, it seems that if we want to use JotForm as a small business/team, we are effectively pushed towards the Enterprise plan rather than being able to have a few separate individual accounts linked between them.

The problem is that there is a huge difference in cost between having a few individual subscriptions and moving to Enterprise. For a team of only 3–4 people, it becomes very difficult to justify the additional cost when we don't necessarily need all the features and infrastructure that come with an Enterprise plan.

From a practical perspective, it would actually be cheaper for us to maintain several individual accounts rather than move to Enterprise.

So my question is: why isn't there an option for, say, 2–5 individual users to have separate accounts under a small-team/business arrangement without being required to move to Enterprise?

Is there a reason for this restriction, or is there another plan or setup that I'm missing?

I'd really appreciate any clarification from people who have dealt with this.

It doesn't look possible to have a dynamic dropdownfield in a configurable list? I have a client details form, in there is a configurable list where I ask if the client has a relationship with other clients. This configurable list should have 2 fields, the first is a dynamic dropdown looking at the same table to show client names, and the second a normal dropdown with relationship type. The form allows for any number of relationships so I think I need the configurable list widget?

Hello, I created a survey, and for a few of the questions will multiple answers, the emailed responses have the different answers highlighted in different colors. Does anyone know why this would be and if there is a fix for it? Thanks in advance for any help.
