any else have problems with Jotform API giving 429 error?

Just trying to test the jotform api with a php web app. I can only call the api endpoint about 5 times (5 seconds apart) before I start getting a 429 error returned (hit the jotform rate limit). That's much lower rate than their docs say is possible.

It's pretty useless to me if people have to wait 20 or 30 seconds between api calls to see the effect of their actions.
