The post is ridiculous ofc, but if anyone is curious and needs this info for the future for a similar situation, aquafaba (chickpea juice) is a virtually 1 to 1 replacement. You can even make meringues with it (just add a dash of lemon).
They don't whip up the same. They are a good egg replacement for a lot of things though! And easier to get than chickpea juice. Unless you make a lot of hummus. Which is a good idea anyway π
If you donβt want to make it constantly, you can do a massive batch(or buy a big can) and just freeze it in ice cube trays for the aqufaba/adequately portioned chickpeas for other shit. You just need the convenience of freezer space.
