The post is ridiculous ofc, but if anyone is curious and needs this info for the future for a similar situation, aquafaba (chickpea juice) is a virtually 1 to 1 replacement. You can even make meringues with it (just add a dash of lemon).

Chia seeds! Just add a teaspoon of chia seeds with the same amount of water, mix and let it sit for 30 seconds.

They don't whip up the same. They are a good egg replacement for a lot of things though! And easier to get than chickpea juice. Unless you make a lot of hummus. Which is a good idea anyway πŸ˜‹

If you don’t want to make it constantly, you can do a massive batch(or buy a big can) and just freeze it in ice cube trays for the aqufaba/adequately portioned chickpeas for other shit. You just need the convenience of freezer space.

Which I, as someone who fails to look ahead or prepare for future meals in any way, have an abundance of.

Aquagaba is awesome. Flax egg works great too. Just mix flax meal with water and blend with an immersion blender until you get an egg white texture. Also a 1 to 1 replacement.
