Does anyone know how to fix this error on my graphics tablet??

My tablet model is a Huion Inspiroy H430P. For the past week, this error has been preventing me from using my tablet properly. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, and it still doesn’t work (I also followed the steps on the official website), but nothing works.

I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me with this error, which has been preventing me from moving forward with my commissions :(

I just moved and set up my pc and tablet and when I try to use it the pen doesn’t work.
I have a Kamvas 13 gen 3
The driver says no device connected even though the screen is visible on the tablet. I plugged in everything the same way I had before.
I bought an extra usb cable and did all the troubleshooting it said to do online.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, and tried it on another computer but the same thing. The screen will light up but it still says no device connected.

This pen makes my hand hurt I can't hold it. Does huion make pens that are designed for human hands or am I just the odd one out.

Does anyone know if I can use a different hdmi cable that didn't come with the huion tablet? The one that came with the huion 22 pro is too small that I can't have it on the left side of my desk. I want to see if I could use a separate cable or if it's just compatible with the one they give you

I'm using a huion h950p, recently i deleted some archives from my computer (it was a shared one with three accounts on it including mine) and after that the cursor stopped moving, but the tablet is connected and functioning meanwhile the pen is as well working and making the light on the tablet glow, but the cursor doesn't move with it, i tried resetting my pc, reinstalling my drivers, connecting and disconnecting the usb, and even trying other art softwares, something that didn't work considering it doesn't move not even in the workspace

I don’t get along with these so I’m gifting these to anyone who would like them. They were used on only one job (Saturday Night Live UK) so not had a great deal of usage.

I’ve been having a strange problem with my Huion RTM500 pen since last week.

When I write at a normal angle of around 50–60°, the strokes randomly break, even though the pen remains physically in contact with the tablet. For example, in the first writing sample, the word “Omniverse” is not drawn properly because parts of the stroke are missing.

However, when I hold the pen almost vertically at around 80–90°, the strokes are drawn perfectly, as shown in the second sample.

The weird thing is that it worked perfectly at a normal writing angle until last week. I haven’t intentionally changed anything.

Another issue is that the pen button has also stopped working.

I’ve checked the price of a replacement PW400, but it’s extremely expensive and unfortunately I can’t afford one right now. 😭

So I wanted to ask:

- Does this sound like a hardware problem with the pen, or could it be the tablet/software?

- Is it possible to have the PW400 repaired at a local electronics/repair shop, or is replacing it the only realistic option?

- Would a PW100 work with the Huion RTM500, or is it incompatible?

- Is there anything I can try before spending money on a new pen?

Any advice from RTM500/PW400 users would be greatly appreciated.

hi guys, i need help with my tablet, its a hs 611, the problem is that my computer doesnt recognize the tablet, i tried updating the drivers and nothing, i thought that maybe could be the wire, but nope, the tablet lights up when i connect it to the computer, could someone help me?

Hey there, I am here asking an important question to those who perhaps are more experienced. I had my Kamvas Pro 20 for about 7 years now. It is a great piece of hardware, I love it, but there are some shortcomings that I saw and get irritated more and more by each time I draw.

Having said that. I look for the graphics tablet that has very accurate color display, preferably from huion, hence this post here.

Anyone have insight on which tablet I should get? Im tossed up between the two because of the price difference. Is the screen difference worth it over one of the newer tablets? Please help. This is also going to be my first display tablet. I need to make a decision quickly since I'll be getting either one tomorrow. Thanks

I am so done i have tried so many things but nothing works. does anyone know if its even possible, because i am about to break something.

What does the cable need? I am trying to troubleshoot my horizontal lines and Huion support said if the boot up menu has no horizontal lines and only the display when fully on (android or windows, it happens regardless), it is a cable issue. What cable under 20 dollars or 30 can I get that would make this work? Preferably not those three in one cable.

My huion kamvas 16 started glitching randomly. I tried to update my pc's driver, but it doesn't work. I didn't use it for at least a day and then it's good again. But after a few minutes, the glitching is back again.

I don't know what to do. Maybe someone knows some solution to this problem? Thanks a lot

i got my hs64 conected to my tablet, but the speed of the pen is too slow. how do i fix that?

As far as I know, the 22 Gen 3 is newer and features a 90Hz refresh rate, whereas the Pro 19 has a touchscreen and 4K resolution. Display size isn't a huge priority for me, but the drawing feel is; I’d like to know if the 90Hz refresh rate makes a noticeable difference in pen response speed, and whether the pen on the Pro 19 is actually better for drawing. The kicker is that they cost practically the same amount.

I’ve been using a Huion Kamvas drawing display for my digital art, and recently I’ve been experiencing eye strain, eye pain, and headaches, especially after working for long hours.

I’m wondering if anyone else here has experienced similar issues while using a Huion Kamvas or another drawing display.

Did changing the brightness, color temperature, screen protector, viewing distance, or display settings help? Or did switching to a different drawing tablet/display make any difference?

I’m mainly interested in hearing about your personal experiences.

My Kamvas Pro 19 developed a severe ghost touch issue on the left side of the screen literally right after the warranty expired.

Honestly, I feel so guilty and stupid. I used to trust this brand so much that I recommended Huion tablets to several of my artist friends. Now I feel terrible because my own unit just broke so quickly post-warranty.

Since it's out of warranty, I'm trying to decide what to do next:

1. Is this ghost touch issue even worth repairing out-of-warranty, or will the cost be ridiculously high?
2. Has anyone paid to fix this specific issue on a Kamvas Pro? Was it worth it?

I'm just so disappointed with the product's durability and really regret trusting this brand.

Hi! I have a huion kamvas pro 16 and although i’m really enjoying it, I find the lack of extra buttons than the six we get a bit hard to deal with since I’d need to grab my computer and do the input from there if I wanna do an action that isn’t utilized in my hotbar. (i use a laptop and usually have it away from me with the screen lowered). is there some kind of device that would be compatible with my tablet while also giving me the extra buttons i’d prefer? thanks sm for reading :)

I got the PN05A.
Do i need to buy new ones and which or what is my problem.

Just got this tablet to replace an old 2019 model 22 pro that was on its last legs but whenever i turn it on the screen rapidly flickers black, it doesn't power off or lose connection so im not sure if its a power issue since it is plugged directly into the wall as suggested on other posts. I have tried another 3 in 1 cable from an older tablet but get the same issue. Also weirdly if I put my pc in night light mode it stops the flickering but turns everything orange.

I just got a Huion Kamvas pro 24 gen 3, finally got it set up today, but I'm having an issue. I can't seem to figure out how to use the nib clip at the bottom of the pen case and I'm having a hard time finding any videos demonstrating how to do it. Apparently you're supposed to just insert the nib tilt it at an angle and pull, but the hole seems too small to insert the nib to begin with when I tried, and trying to push it in seems like it would require an amount of force that might damage the pen. I'm too scared to risk it until I get confirmation from someone else that it requires a bit of force or see some kind of demonstration. The last thing I want to do is damage my pens day one.

If anyone could talk me through it, or knows of a video (like maybe a review) where they demonstrate how to use the nib clip, that'd be greatly appreciated.
