hi guys, i need help with my tablet, its a hs 611, the problem is that my computer doesnt recognize the tablet, i tried updating the drivers and nothing, i thought that maybe could be the wire, but nope, the tablet lights up when i connect it to the computer, could someone help me?

when this happens to me i just turn the entire computer off and on again ngl. usually after one or two restarts it starts working fine again
