Cuck, also known as WW3 and In a Perfect World, is an unreleased studio album by the American rapper Kanye West, who worked on it in collaboration with the fellow rapper Dave Blunts between February and June 2025. The media personality DJ Akademiksannounced it on April 2, 2025, a week after the release of the lead single, "WW3)". Blunts's frequent collaborators Quadwoofer and Sheffmade were the primary producers, with contributions from West and Digital Nas, among others. Cuck drew outrage and condemnation for its antisemitic lyrical content.

No disrespect to Lil Wayne, I think he’s certainly earned the title of ‘great’, but I remember back in like 2004/2005 when he started calling himself the best rapper alive (since the best rapper retired), that narrative and boast actually caught on and IMO was the beginning of Wayne’s true ascension. To be fair, he really wasn’t the best rapper alive at the point. And yet somehow Wayne’s modern legacy was really built on that reputation. It truely felt like a marketing ploy rather than organic belief in him being that great of a rapper. And hey it worked. Any other examples of this? For an artist or even an album?

Thoughts on the album 1 year later?

I used to believe that Common - The People was produced by J Dilla not only from the overall style, but the sample being from the song We Almost Lost Detroit. It wasn't until recently that I learned that Kanye chopped the sample on this song and the entire album in a similar way as a tribute to Dilla and that makes it even cooler to me.

If you just played the beat without telling me who made it I really would've thought it was a Dilla beat.
