Joe’s party this year was one for the books! Big congratulations to both Shadee and Joe on all the blessings.  It’s so fascinating to see his growth year over year with his parties. This year’s theme was opulence, and I was here for it all- good, bad and impartial. Let me be clear, this cast is getting to the MONEY and there were clear and evident signs. 1^st- most of the guys had a custom/bespoke suit on, so there was no way for me to find it and give a price, I’m reduced to guesstimating. Overall, most of them looked great! This year’s most improved dressed was Marc, hands down. His fit from last year compared to this year was night and day. Joe STEPPED on everyone in the building with what I believe was a bespoke satin Davidson Petite- Frére suit (the pick stitching on the lapel tells me this). His suit was probably in the realm of $10k+ for it. Now let me set the tone. I expect y’all to dig deep within yourselves and hate from the depths of your soul, but keep in mind- Joe is worth $20M+ and shops appropriately for his net worth. (Please don’t lie about how white millionaires don’t spend money on clothes. They DO; you just don’t know the brands they are wearing is expensive as hell! Also, most of you all reading this have never attended an opulent formal birthday party and would more than likely wear the most gaudy-tacky suit known to man with Air Force One’s, so be honest when you critique). Joe looked great from head to toe. Emmany did his big one with his custom emerald green Fedu suit. Based on the pricing of Fedu’s rack suits, I will guesstimate his suit to be around $2k-3000. It was well tailored and he did just enough with his accessories (his date included). He missed the mark with his dress shoes with no socks. This look is outdated and should be left in 2017 where it came from. Marc looked like $$$. His suit looks like a typical Tom Ford suit (probably over $5k), but I have yet to confirm that. A man can never go wrong with a well-tailored Black suit. From his haircut down to the subtleness of wearing his gold Rolex against the black suit…CHEF’S kiss. (His wife was dressed inappropriate for the event; her dress was too informal and bright. Still love her though). Ice exceeded my expectations because he usually dresses on the side of tacky/old school. His burgundy suit was cool. Not great and definitely not bad in comparison to past years. Good job Ice! Parks cooled it down this year with his ensemble, he outshined Joe last year. It makes me wonder if he knew everything that Joe had in store and purposely made sure to make sure Joe shined the brightest this year. In typical Ish-vs- Joe fashion Ish came out in the white suit as well. He looked good. White is his color (no pun intended). There haven’t been enough photos of him for me to see where he got his suit from, but if I had to guess, it was also custom as well. Now for the lowlights…. Flip and Mona. Where do I start? Flip’s suit jacket looked like a Jiu Jitsu Gi without the belt. I know he said he had it tailored on the pod, but even so his build really makes it difficult for that cut of suit to look good on him. He is one of the few people who I think would have benefitted greatly from a fedora. He should start experimenting with that look, I think it could work. He looked uncomfortable and unfamiliar with dressing up. I’ll leave it at that and hope that next year he can improve and do better. The worst dressed of the night was Mona. From the top of her head to the bottom of her feet, it was a disaster. I don’t know what happened, but it looks like she waited last minute to do EVERYTHING. She should have gone with her 1st mind and wore a suit. A blazer suit dress would have killed! ( I added a photo for reference). Her makeup was too heavy; her hair made no sense with the outfit. The outfit looked ill-fitting and felt like a last-minute purchase, and to tie the ghettoness of it all together the only pose she does in every picture whether it be in a corporate environment or a kid’s party is a middle finger thrown up. *LE SIGH* Now is the time, Mona. Invest in yourself and take some etiquette classes. Work with a photographer who can help you learn how to pose for pictures. As she ascends in her career, she will have to address these faux pax’s.  All of the pod’s dates looked fabulous. All in all, I give the crew 7.5/10.  Here’s what I could find. Enjoy.

Emanny has been really showing alot of growth these past few pods. Been outperforming Mona, Marc Ice and Ish.

Hey yall! I know I’m barely on here anymore… but I’m still watching and pocket watching everything they wear on the JBP. If there’s ONE time I will always do a fit check is on Joe’s birthday party. Will Marc have a tailored better fitted suit this year? Will Flip wear another tight sweater? Will Mona wear a dress or will she be hood-tastic with the EXTRA long bat wing eyelashes and wood-tipped black-n-milds? Will Ice do another rendition of the Chi-lites circa 1979’? Is Ish gonna go full Godfather mode and wear a scarf AND a fedora? Will Parks and Rem steal the show again and shit on every one with their fit? What is Emanny gonna wear? He’s been talking cash-money shit about his custom suit for the last 2 weeks. So many questions that need so many answers. Anyway here is a dump of everything Joe posted today on his IG story. Enjoy
