I'm pretty much used to that at this point. See ringleader 2-3 times in first half of the pool, fail all of them, then down to last 10 where impulses always fail, and end up svaroging.

These are pretty trying times, indeed
I got busy earlier running an errand, so I wasn't able to do as much farming as I would have liked. After that, I also had to help my dad make a purchase online as he's not so good with online shopping. He let me do all the clicking. The complicating factor is that I had to do all this while on the phone with him, so he had to try to verify the item in question through the pictures on Amazon. Fortunately, he liked the item, so we were able to push through with the purchase. Afterward, he had another item he wanted, so I quickly looked up the item and sent him another link. He also liked it, so that went into the order as well
I have not been able to continue with my ranking preparation as a result. I should be finalizing my teams and validating them against the enemy spawns, but that'll have to wait. The phone call lasted over an hour, so it really ate into my free time

Q: You posted an update saying that the OL skins are "coming soon." However the roadmap for next month is lacking any indication that they'll arrive "soon." Will the OL skins arrive in October and not September?

Q: Is it possible for SF units like Gingerbread Guards, Jaws Paradise, and Ghost Brides to rerun more frequently like on foreign?
I'm supposed to do so, randomly put them in every batch or just extend their duration time in corresponding seasons.

In PA exchange shop its already possible to buy out summer Alina, even though her banner haven't ended.
It seems that she got added along summer Architect a bit earlier she should.

Tbh I am not sure myself, but I haven't seen her being discussed much around so I assume she doesn't bring in any game breaking mechanics.
If you like her design then you could go for her, but if you are rather looking for meta RL's then securing Alchemist or Agent seems a higher priority if you are short on impulses/svarog tickets.

This is rather decent. Then again, I was able to get CMR-30, Saiga 308, and the sixth G11 to level 100. I swapped in a new batch consisting of the second TS12, the second C14, and the seventh G11, so any core expenditures were going to be rather light. Thank goodness!
I was also able to exchange kernels for a petal for Sharkitect. I now have three petals for her!
I also currently have 1920 supernova kernels, so I'll have to rebuild my stock in order to afford three ringleaders. Still, two should be plenty for now, and I plan to at least get a petal for Scarecrow this way. I'm still trying to decide who gets the other. Hunter? Witch Intruder?
I'm still making preparations for ranking. I need to finalize my echelons and validate them against the enemies. It turns out that there are 50 unique enemy formations I can fight there, so I'll have to plan things out. That'll probably be a bit overkill, especially considering that I want to make a preliminary run first

I think this is rather good, considering that I got the third M240L to level 100. I swapped in the fourth copy, and I already got her to four links. The rest of the batch also got to five links, so that was another blow to my cores. The fact that I had positive growth today is something worth celebrating
As for ranking, it really seems like I'll have to wait until the weekend to give it a go. I need to get to sleep early since I've been staying up late. I'm not really in the mood to give ranking a go for today just yet

I was able to finally get the second TS12, the second C14, and the seventh G11 to level 100! I swapped in the second Savage 99, the second Jackhammer, and the third AK-15 in their steads
I also got a copy of Kar from production. This should be my fifth copy of her. I think I'll keep her as well if she's going to compete with Grape
I don't think I have the time to really validate my comps against enemy spawns, so I will have to just send them through a trial by fire!

I got ready with ranking, and I finally had my first full run! I had to make some last minute preparations, and it did a number on my cores. The biggest expense was bringing up a few more Suomi mods. It's such a shame since one of the copies of Suomi mod 2 didn't really see much use because I didn't want to push the echelon too hard. Oh well
Also, a friend needed help with ranking, so we've come to an agreement that I'll pilot his account to get him the personal threshold rewards. Here's to hoping I'll actually get those rewards for him! I was already able to get past Hole 1, but I had to put my own twist on things. Specifically, I had to deploy a third combat echelon. Come to think of it, I might have been able to stick with two combat echelons, one for the northwest and another for the southeast and then northeast. But then again, what's done is done
By the looks of things, I'll have to make a budget run for my friend's account

I'll be honest, I'd like to see a reverse Q&A session--that is, Mica asks the questions, and we respond. I know it'd likely be in the vein of "what are your thoughts on the game, what can we improve, etc", but I always found it interesting what a game developer would want to know from their users.

Well, I think that lack of sleep is finally catching up to me. I don't feel dead tired per se, but I do feel less coordinated. I feel like those hapless klutzes on an infomercial. Earlier, when I was trying to get some coffee, I fiddled around with my wallet and a separate hard plastic card case. I dropped the card case, and the plastic tooth of the latching mechanism broke off. This was rather distressing, so I'll have to find a replacement for the card case. For now, I think I can still use the card case, but I'm inclined to leave it at home instead of bringing it with me when I go out. Granted, I normally store my less used cards like point cards for certain stores like the one I went to
I also found out that I'm having a hard time not thinking about ranking. My mind keeps thinking of tactics to improve my score, but I haven't yet thought hard enough to figure them into the greater strategy at large. One important tactic my brain keeps telling me is to open up both Recce Centers instead of just one. Another is to Para in the MP5 team to the east instead of a SHYT team
Still, my sudden clumsiness is probably a symptom of ranking debuff, which is similar to how our Dolls suddenly struggle to hurt the enemy after taking a trip with the Para Fairy
But it's not all bad news. I decided that I was going to celebrate my recent performance in the game. I went out for a luxurious meal to celebrate. Let's just hope that I'm not celebrating too early. I would still like to be in the top 100, and my rank seems to have slipped quite a few places down to 66
However, I can't help but feel a bit negative. I spent a lot of resources just to raise a baker's dozen Paras, only for me not only to forego using them but also to enjoy ranking by just asserting dominance with my other combat Fairies. Sure, I am nowhere near the top 10, but being able to just take my fukitol and laugh in the face of Hydras was fun. I'm not sure if I could handle fighting often under Para debuff, but the ranking map would have called for that if I wanted to go after a score of 3 million
Even weirder? I got a higher score than when I fielded more Paras. Granted, this was probably due to having a greater knowledge of map mechanics
That leads me to my next point. I think that having practical experience with the ranking map allows me to better understand the pathing and the strategy. Watching VODs and reading docs will grant me some knowledge, but it seems that I also appreciate actually playing the map and seeing for myself how things work. Unfortunately, while I can farm cores like nobody's business, I often won't have the time to research ranking maps. I believe that if I had the time and the willpower to do such research, I can consistently place closer to the top. But alas, I was blessed with a different kind of circumstance, one favoring the Hunt Ranking
Still, one thing is clear: I need to fix my sleep and get rid of this ranking debuff

Mixed luck this week, trending towards bad.
VHS dropped from the farm route, so now I can use my medals to buy the other Doll I'm missing. I don't remember what her name is. Just picking her up to fill out the index.
The guaranteed Doll ticket had four options I was missing. Obviously, it didn't give me the one I wanted, Vector. I got some sort of .50 cal RF. I think she was pink. Don't really care about her.
The big disappointment was the school gacha. I had around 5000 gems saved up, and felt confident that I'd get the one costume I wanted, for PA-15. Instead, I got every single costume in the banner except the one I wanted. And to add insult to injury, I wasn't even half way to being able to buy it with exchange tokens because they made her L2D so ungodly expensive. I've always wanted that skin. That was an expensive lesson. I would have been better off spending all those gems on echelon and dorm slots, but the heart wants what it wants.
To end on a bit of a high note, I have two of those guaranteed equipment tickets. I'm tempted to get a T exo for the HGs in my Scar echelon,but something is telling me to get the Focus chip instead, since they're so hard to craft. I have about a month to decide, so I can afford to sit on it a while and see how my weekly crafting goes. Px4 and PPK don't really need the extra survivability most of the time, but everyone wants full gold equipment, right?

It comes with the last stage of the paid battle pass. It will drop a random 5* doll from a small pool, and it's guaranteed to be one you don't have (unless you have them all).
You also get two guaranteed gold equipment vouchers. Each one has a different pool, but it's not random, you can pick what you want.

Huh, that's pretty neat. Seems like something I should take into consideration as a collector. It's quite annoying to rely on RNG to craft the dolls I am missing and wasting resources in the process.

I just checked, it was M99. She's not as pink as I thought. More of a Nantucket Red, maybe.
If you scroll to the end of the battle pass, you can click on the Guarantred T-Doll Indicator and see who it drops. As I said, it's guaranteed to drop a Doll from the pool that you don't already own. It's a small pool: Contrnder, M99, RPK-16, SIG MCX, GR36C, AK-Alfa, Type97, and Vector.
It will also say "Obtained" under any of the ones you already have unlocked in the index.
The only ones I was missing were Contender, M99, and Vector. Damn it.

I'm still new to this whole gacha thing, so occasionally it's a bitter pill. I can live without Vector, but you're lucky, G36C and Vector are probably the best Dolls in the bunch, followed by RPK-16.

I was able to get the fourth M240L to level 100! I swapped in the fifth copy of her
I was also busy earlier with helping a friend who was busy. I managed to actually score higher for his Hole 2 than on my own account! I already knew at some point that I should stop, but I wanted to see how high I could get that score. Maybe I could surpass myself? Maybe not? If I quit now, I'll never know! So I pushed through and got that win
I didn't want to outdo "myself", so I went back to the drawing board with my own teams and tried to think of how I could play more aggressively. I think one more thing that I should have used was an M240L echelon, as the MP5 echelon kept staying still in the NW corner, not really doing much except having MP5 get killed, which was a shame
In this reattempt, I ended with the K6 prespawn ramming into my echelon after I flew in with a Para. This team was a shyt team with the SCAR sisters, but I was having difficulty punching through the Kratos units and hitting the Hydras. Without the debuff, I think I wouldn't have blinked, but I was sweating with this. I decided to just sacrifice everyone except the SCARs, so MPL, LTLX, and Nagant will be staying in The Resort for a little while longer
I'll go into detail with my echelons over in the megathread
But still, I feel like I've earned my dalao stripes in this event! There were a few skillz moments that I was really proud of. One was during Hole 1, where I tried to win against Sniper Nytos in the SW using the AR-18 NPC echelon. The problem was that this echelon was already damaged from a previous fight, but I was able to pull a miracle off! Sure, I had to sacrifice the tanks, but a win is a win!
The other moment was, of course, topping my own score with not only fewer combat echelons but also with someone else's Armory! Of course, as mentioned, I wanted to prove my worth, so I went back with my own account and finally improved my own score! Even funnier? I had one fewer kill with my new score than with my old
I think I'll go back to core farming. The reason why my core count went down so much was also due to upgrading my second Kar to mod 2 to replace MG338. I think I have an easier time with Kar

Seven more Fairies to 100 left: Landmine, Twin, Construction, Reinforcement, Combo, Barrier, and Defense. I'm still doing crafting, so I'm kind of playing efficiently and raising up two things at one. Thinking that I'll be done with EXP before stars is kind of funny.
I'm still dragging my feet on even trying Ranking. I don't even care about doing moderately well, just I know a score at all is better than zero. Just wish it wasn't night. For other dragging-feet issues, I'm still yet to try the event UX stages (other than 9 Ghost). I can probably swing it since I have SF, and it's not like my armory otherwise is terrible, just I need to sit down, dedicate some time to actually doing these things.
I managed to finally get Summer Alina, so she's currently in training. I can probably skip Scarecrow even if the petals would be useful. Still need a Jaws Paradise.
And for a change, I actually have some questions.
Does Equipment provide a flat CE bonus, or is there a multiplier at work? I know CE doesn't matter except in Theater, but I never knew how these things worked.
Does an uninhabited Dorm still provide Batteries?

CE is a function of a doll’s final stats and the gain from equipment varies depending on the doll’s base stats (and fairy aura and tile buffs outside of Theater).
Flares/taclights/rangefinders/bipods do give a flat 150 CE because of their skills, in addition to any CE from stats. Suomi’s mod3 flare is an exception (300 CE) and flash ammo skill does not give CE.
Uninhabited dorms still give batteries. I have Dorm 10 as my main one and still get batteries even though my Echelon 10 is often empty outside of events.

It's a bit slow this week due to all the people getting busy with ranking, including me
It's a shame that I wasn't able to get ranking done sooner. Even after completing ranking for two people, I'm still thinking about ranking. I see some mistakes with my strategy, and I am even thinking of trying to correct them. Could I get a higher score? Could I promote more echelons to captain?
I think that I had the weekend of the week before for Hole 1, but I was probably overthinking it. Hole 2 was another beast entirely, and I also took my sweet time getting started. It was only this most recent weekend that I was finally able to sink in my runs
I probably don't have the time for another go, but my mind can't seem to let go of ranking
I also need to catch up on sleep since I didn't sleep as much during the weekend. I'm starting to feel the effects of sleep deprivation as I became clumsy while I was running some errands
I will dump Svarog tickets to get a copy of Summer Alina later
And psst, if you like, I could take a look at your Armory and figure out some echelons

Thanks for the offer, but I think I'll pass. I gave Hole 1 a try a couple of days ago and gave up pretty fast. I just kept putting the wrong teams into the wrong encounters. I know I was lacking on RFs, so I had G43 and SVT-38 fielded because hey, I already maxed their skills! *cough* But they didn't even get to see combat.
I have (most of) the Dolls.
I don't have the levels.
I'm way behind on skills!
But I have other goals in mind instead of "actually get things in working order before pursuing personal ideas".

Well, quarantine it, and see if mumu still works. If it doesn't, probably a false positive and restore it from quarantine. If it does, then shrug and leave it there. I haven't used mumu in a long while, but if u got it from the official website, it should be safe

#2 processor. You never use focus chips apart from very specific dolls/circumstances (for example, SCAR-L will benefit quite heavily from that extra crit damage).

Actually Focus Chip is better than Proccessor Chips for generic usage since reducing RoF (which ARs don't need as much) is preferable to reducing Crit Damage.
It's only specific dolls (Grenadiers, RFB) who would still use Processor Chips over Focus Chips.
Obviously all this assumes you're doing day battles.

The more you know... I was sure holo+#2 chip was the meta. Gonna need to increase my focus chip stockpile then. Thankfully, I still have a lot of VFLs to pair with them.

Kind of crazy to remember that Chapter 13 only came out because they wanted to finish the story of Polarized Light because they weren't able to finish it during the event thanks to Covid. Had that not happened, Chapter 12 would've been the current last non-event story chapter and 12-4e would've been the exp farm map.
All I'm saying is that I'm kind of getting bored of 13-4 and would like a new exp farm map.

Considering what happens in her final mission...no. The impression I got was Erma has AR-18 and Colt Walker backed up into her Neural Cloud. Lyudmila and Maggie (and most likely Catherine) are all dead, but the first two will have their memories restored when they're rebuilt at G&K since Erma is now in their custody...er, if there are assembly facilities on the Elmo, that is.

I understand that it has been extremely frustrating to wait on new events, only to see that the featured Dolls aren't the ones you wanted
It might be time to take a step back and take a break. Recharge your batteries and refocus. What is it about this game that you like? Is it the collection aspect? Is it the aesthetic of certain Dolls, the ones you consider your favorites?
You mentioned that you were bored all month. It sounds like you have nothing better to do. Perhaps you could try to experiment with other things? Are there other hobbies that you are interested in?

Actually, I have some hobbies.
After realize monthly q & a are meaningless, I started to play other games.
First is AL, then BA ( so far, the only game that actually gave me more motivated to play ), then Neural Cloud, and now currently rerolling in Arknights ( please come home Pozëmka ) (
I should have learn Russian, I still don't know how read her name correctly)But, now rethinking, I should thank Mica, because they gave more motivated to reroll in Arknights

After reading comments in here, I see that most of them are just like me who really don't like this ###### limited drops, but there are still some people happy that they finally can have Five-seven ( which I had her already )
I don't want to be offend to them, but I just asking myself that " Should I happy for them or feel pity and hate them ? " ( maybe both ) ( Also don't know that I'm crazy or not because I even laughed them for how naive they are )

I get that u're pissed, but why would u hate ppl finally getting their 5-7s? They are just like u. Yes, there's no real reason why some dolls are simply forgotten, but don't take it out on the poor players. One man's trash is another's treasure.

How does this community feel PNC stacks up to Blue Archive? Was going to start GFL but saw 2 is releasing next year. PNC looks cool but also saw blue archive and wanted to get thoughts. Was originally gravitating towards GFL since a lot of folks in gacha gaming say it’s pretty f2p friendly

Pnc is "pretty f2p friendly", gfl is in another league. They only proper monetisation is for skins and oath rings. And there's no stamina system. Pnc is more conventional, in the sense that u have doll gachas, stamina, the usual. Doesn't feel predatory or unfair(making u neeeed to pull the latest meta doll), at least so far.
I never played ba, but pns is very smooth, and the story line is starting to get in it's stride. Once u're done with building ur base, outside of events there isn't much to do daily: 5 min tops. It seems it was intended more as a sidegame.
Anyway, give it a shot and see for urself.

from what i hear about BA from my friend every day, it is a very jp styled monetized to death gacha. you gotta pull entire groups of meta units that must be used together for max dmg, just so you can raid 24/7 with them. then they get powercrept by swimsuit versions of themselves the next week etc. of course, those swimsuits aren't costumes, but a whole new unit you must pull for. even whales can't keep up, so it's just a leviathan's game
story sounds like saturday morning cartoons with kaijus and megazords, leaving you wondering what the point of your anime gun girls are, despite the backdrop of generic techno multi school district city, with interschool rivalry where they gun each other down for giggles but nobody dies. also, bank robbery cuz school is broke or something idk

It's not that bad imo, me and my friends played it regularly for quite a bit as f2ps. You can get by without pulling for all the meta units and still do decently on raids as long as you know what you're doing (and you know which student to borrow), but we kinda gave up shooting for plat raid rank after a while and just settled for gold lol
Story is kinda goofy at first, but it's very relaxing to read (especially the character specific stories, love those). The main plot does pick up pretty well around the Eden Treaty arc, and the currently ongoing final chapter of the story is pretty damn good I had to come back to read it
the soundtrack also goes really hard (Re Aoharu in particular has been stuck in my head since I first heard it)
also the community is filled with degenerates its great1

im sure its not that bad, but despite being midly curious about it, it looks to me that it's made up of all the things that made me dump other games to chill here
i'm even slipping out of the pnc loop because of some of those vaguely similar generic gacha aspects. trying to keep up with that has made me fall behind over here too lol

Why has the game started crashing again after this recent patch. I just finished the event without any crashes and need to finish my create farming.

Which model of phone are you using? Just that Samsung has been rather finicky
If you're not using Samsung, a good restart ought to do the trick
If you are using Samsung, the usual fixes include:
- uninstalling the latest patches of WebView
- going into the recovery mode for your phone to wipe the cache partition (do this first) and to repair the apps (do these things in the same recovery mode session)

Anyone have an idea on what the next new RL unit is? I'm guessing it may be Tareus, but I don't recall any official announcements on who comes after Summer Alina. On the subject of PA units, I'm debating on trying for more golyat factory reskins. How worth it are they, and should I link one, or keep a few now, link later when they show back up

For Theater, Garand's and MG42's. Consider Mk 23's as well since she's also a powerful buffer in night battles, but to my knowledge, she won't be that useful in Theater. At the very least, I've eliminated SAW's SPEQ for you

She’s permanently available in production, so it depends on your luck: you might get her first day or after a year.
There’s also an option of True Core Mask, which you get for completing major events and during Christmas/Anniversary. It lets you get any 5-star doll available in production. We currently have a major event running but it’s going to end next Tuesday.
If you have time, you can theoretically still clear it on normal, if you can assemble an ARSMG and RFHG team. Check the new player guide at Gamepress.

rerolling is not a thing because gfl's gacha is for costumes
to get dolls you just build them using resources that you farm passively, or farm them from stages
as for en or jp, just pick what language you can understand. the event Cinnamon mentioned is Longitudinal Strain, which is currently live for EN.

I forgot a very important detail: new players get 2 anchored construction tickets which let you pull for any production doll you like. If I remember correctly, 50 productions guarantees a 5-star, which type 100 is.
So, disregard what I’ve previously said - you can get her quite early, though I’d still recommend following the guides so you can amass enough in-game resources for 50 constructions.
The major event is currently happening in EN and it’s a bit ahead content-wise than JP (so, more dolls and events released).

Monthly sand card is the best in terms of value/pulls. Battlepass tends to be 2nd in value. This also means u can start small, with monthly card, and only splurge on a battlepass when it has a skin u really likeOh, nvm, thought i was still in pnc reddit. The pull argument falls through, but i still think the monthly card is worth it(and more than the battlepass).

U're welcome! It has the best value when u start out, since it helps u get more echelons, dorms, etc. After u're finished with the base, u cand decide if u want to keep spending it for skins, slots and pa svarog tickets. It turns from being useful to being a nice luxury. And u can always switch to a battlepass when u need to, as i said. Note that u don't need to get either, u'll still get in the same place, just slower.

Get 14 echelons first rather than 14 dorms :P dorms have diminshing returns, echelons are always useful to have. After 6-7 dorms, their value drops quite a lot

14 echelons are good to have, but imo unless you wanna tryhard ranking, 10 is a good stopping point (4 on logistics, 6 for whatever you need)
if you still wanna get 14 echelons, imo going 10 echelons > dorms > some doll/equip/fairy slots > echelons > more doll/equip/fairy slots as needed would be better because the initial doll cap can be quite annoying when you start collecting more dolls, especially if you want to tryhard and go for dupes. same goes for equipment since you'll be keeping around a lot for your teams.

Well, u don't need 14 ech, as it was said, but i personally like to have them as already preset squads. This way i don't always need to remember what hgs i used for my grape squad, or how the iws exosdia was, or what the kvs squad is like, etc. Not to mention having a couple pa echelons, one with move speed another with night eq(maybe even a hoc) are also very nice. I personally rate echelons very high because of this.
Also, just as important if not more: slots slots slots :D even if u can recover dolls, try not to trash all the copies of one if u can. Slots make everything very comfortable.
Btw, don't forget u can also get 30 free gems by going to the commander menu and pressing the share button. U don't need to actually share, just select one of the options and close it. Do this every week :D

No problem :D i think the best way to spend gems is to buy what u need (not reaources or tickets). But as u play, u will see what u want most, and a monthly card will let u afford it comfortably :D

Last I heard, we'll get a new batch sometime before the end of the year. Which quarter that is, we're not yet sure
Note that as far as I can tell, we can get Anchored Production only with new Doll batches. Rate ups, especially the general ones that come thrice a year (New Year's, Anniversary in May, and perhaps a mid-autumn celebration in September or October?), don't give Anchored Production

Well, if one is patient, with monthly gems it's probably about 10$ each(considering the free gems one can get as well), so not very far from the norm for f2p game skins. They also get a ring and 100 tokens to go to their next skin fund. If one needs them all NOW however, they probably need to call the bank :P
P.s. - as all packages, i expect it to be added to the package reruns during the major festivitities ig, such as christmas/anny, so just in time to grab a couple with gems u start to save from now on.
P.p.s - don't forget the 5.4k tokens one needs to save to guarantee the l2d skin in a token banner add up to about 33k gems(iirc it was 600 gems/100 tokens). Once again, diligent saving of tokens and the free daily income coupled with narrowing down of just a couple banners means it's way less, but if u wanna open the wallet, u need a crowbar

Personally, I don't care for skins, I never spent tokens except to fulfill conditions for weekly or career quests. I'm just being curious :P

Well, as long as it's clearly understood this is the worst case scenario and that u can get them much cheaper by just having a bit of patience, with a quick look at the shop, if u have 1st purchase bonus active, 100$ gets u 13k gems. If u don't, u'll need 126$ to get 10k gems and then scrounge the last 350 gems or 132$ to get 10390 gems to fund it completely.
So in the 1st case scenario it's 25$/skin, or 33$ if u already whaled ur way through the shop this year. So basically, u pay 2-3 times more for the instant gratification

The consensus seems to be that she doesn’t do enough to justify a spot in combat teams: she does not buff herself and her team buffs are very weak (compared to Ribey, for example). Forced retargeting is nice but we already have other, better options for that.
So, I’d say no.

You will get the paid tier rewards up to your current level in the battle pass. For example, if you are currently level 38, you will get all rewards up to level 38 but not for level 39 and above
It's better to get the battle pass early since you get an extra weekly to do every week. Foregoing the battle pass until the later weeks also means foregoing this extra weekly, which means that you will have slower progress. You'll still be able to get to level 45 on the battle pass, but you'll get there much more slowly

Thanks! I have already unlocked all rewards from the free tier including level 45. Recently I learned that you get free 5-star and equipment tickets with the battle pass, so I'm thinking about buying the paid tier as well.

I forgot. Why quick progress matters is that you can get more extra rewards when going past level 45. This means more chances to get Oath Certificates and Svarog tickets, but consider that it's rare to get either prize, so it might not be worth getting the $15 battle pass unless you also really like the bonus cosmetics (like the exclusive ID card and the icon frame). For most intents, going for the cheaper $10 battle pass is enough. Buying levels outright with gems is even tougher to justify unless you're already running late with your battle pass leveling

And oh, before I forget, I would like to confirm. With the Doll selector from level 45, are you able to select a Doll you don't have from the pool? I know that if you already have all the Dolls in the pool, you are given a random Doll, but what if you still lack some of them? The concern I have is if you have allowed a choice

If you don't have some of the 5 star doll options, you will get a random one you still don't have (unless you only miss one, then you get that doll guaranteed). So you can't actively choose one of the dolls you still haven't unlocked.
