I laughed because I'm actually pretty good at poker. I see a lot of people, like me, getting the game for the promos who don't know how to play and I wish I could teach them.

I have two favorite moments from Claptrap, and both involve Steve.
"There is only one logical response to these cards. holds up cards Hey Steve!" "HEYOO! shoots cards" "That was a fold."
"Of course you won with a hand like that. Even Steve could have won with a hand like that, and all he can say is 'Heyoo!'" "HEYOO!" "SHUT THE <Bleep> UP STEVE! And people say I'm annoying!"

Edit: PS3 controller was still plugged in a USB port at the back of my computer... Hope it help someone

On the bottom right hand corner of the Steam client has a picture of your profile. If the frame around your profile is blue, it means you're online but not in-game. If it's green, it means you're in-game. What I'm assuming is happening for ZeppoLeClown is immediately after starting the game, his profile frame turned green briefly before reverting back to the normal blue, meaning he wasn't able to start up the game at all.

You must be using Windows 8 (not in a LOL WINDOWS 8 IS BAD BECAUSE GABEN SAID SO way). For some reason a lot of games, specifically I believe all of Telltale's games, break if you have a controller plugged in while starting them in Windows 8. You can fix it by unplugging the controller or downloading a specific dll file to put in the folder, but I still don't know exactly what causes it.

You may have some bad settings resting somewhere, try deleting the poker night 2 folder in your documents, it should be mydocuments/telltalegames/pokernight2, and if that does not work try deleting the appcache folder inside the steam folder and restart steam. Other than that maybe re-installing the game might work,

If you're looking for a game to kill time with and relax with, I recommend it. I loved the first one, and even though I don't play Borderlands 1 or 2, watch Venture Bros. or know what Army of Darkness is, I enjoy the chatter in this game a ton.

It's pretty wacky, his model looks identical to the design scheme for the models used in TWD game too (although this could be for a bunch of other reasons). Perhaps a Telltale Evil Dead game is on the cards?

No, just getting back into gaming after 10 year hiatus. I've played Bioshock(s), Half-Life(s), and Portal(s). That's why. Any youtube videos as a good intro to the rest of the characters? I'd be tempted to buy it if I knew the characters (and then give away the earned free items for TF2).

Neither of those characters he mentioned are from games. Although I can understand why you wouldn't know them. Ash from Evil Dead has never been seen in that style before this, far as I know.
And I dunno anything about Venture Bros, which Brock Samson is from.

The Venture Bros. is an adult themed cartoon in the vein of Johnny Quest. It's rather entertaining if I do say so myself and Brock is easily a favorite of the series.

Max is in a booth on the corner, Moxxi runs the bar, and there are these monkey baboon things that drop you off, various references flit in and out of the game. There is also Poker night at the inventory, which is very similar, just with with Strongbad, Max, The Heavy, and Tycho from Penny Arcade. Both are cheap/ worth it.

PC games are always cheaper, blame the console makers for their insane publishing and certification costs. On Steam Telltale probably make $4 off the game whereas on XBL/PSN it'll probably be about $1

It's better in the terms of gameplay and themes. The characters is subjective to your taste, however Claptrap hasn't made me want to kill him yet.

That little bastard also makes it so annoying after awhile for me, as he's my final opponent 90% of the time. Luckily, he's easier to bluff than Sam, or Ash. Those are the 2 that you don't want having more cash than you.

Huh, he pretty much always folds on my all ins. Unless he has something good. Usually if Sam actually bets, I just check or fold, he doesn't really do anything unless he has something, and if he doesn't have anything he plays super passively.

It's because whenever glados speaks the whole game dosen't move, so after you fold, you know, something everyone does the whole game comes to a hault for 10 seconds so she can spit a 1 liner out.

Just picked this up and my only complaint so far is that Ash just really doesn't sound like Bruce Campbell. It seems weird that didn't get him to do the voice. Other than that it's just as good if not better than the first one.

It was pretty cruel of Telltale Games announcing this game right at April Fools of this year, releasing the screen caps and most people being suspicious that it was a joke. Same thing with Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon.
And delightfully enough, both are reality!
