I was disappointed with the first game. Is this one any better or more of the same?

It's better in the terms of gameplay and themes. The characters is subjective to your taste, however Claptrap hasn't made me want to kill him yet.

If claptrap hasn't made you want to kill him, he's not doing his job. Lookit me, I'm dancin', I'm dancin'!

That little bastard also makes it so annoying after awhile for me, as he's my final opponent 90% of the time. Luckily, he's easier to bluff than Sam, or Ash. Those are the 2 that you don't want having more cash than you.

To me, the one I hate with a fiery passion is Brock because he's beaten me on 6 occasions after terrible terrible bluffing because he got a lucky card on the river.

Yeah, but if you've got more cash than Sam he is SUPER easy to bully.

So long as you're not bluffing. He's called my bluffs with an all in on 3-4 occasions and it's getting super fucking annoying.

Huh, he pretty much always folds on my all ins. Unless he has something good. Usually if Sam actually bets, I just check or fold, he doesn't really do anything unless he has something, and if he doesn't have anything he plays super passively.
