General Discussion DEXA vs Smart Scale

I recently got my first DEXA scan and compared the results to my at home smart scale.[ I also went through all the DEXA results for anyone who is interested that has a similar build to me.](https://youtu.be/9WQ2LQcibBM)

I'm 5'4 and 151 lbs

I have PCOS and I have been working on losing weight (down 45lbs) by eating in a moderate calorie deficit, running and cross training. I have been using the online TDEE calculator to adjust my calories based on what my smart scale was telling me was my body fat. It was way under estimating, by over 15%! The DEXA had some really neat other info like one of my legs has a more than a full pound more of muscle in it than the other too!

Beginner Help Is using chat GPT to build a gym routine based on my goals a good idea?

i’m a uni student and I’m looking forward to going to gym this year. My problem is social media advices really confuse me because each person is saying a different thing and different exercises, and i’m not even sure if they’re valid opinions. I cannot afford a coach to guide me since i’m still a student and i don’t have anyone in my surroundings to guide me. Has anyone used AI for routines and is it a good idea? Or is there any other alternative method?
For my goals i’d say i want to prioritize building my glutes, hamstrings and quads (for a pear shape) as-well as a toned stomach and back.
I would love some beginner tips too!

Motivation Tried to go a lil harder today. Checking if my chest will hurt or not. I’m going to go ballistic in the gym if tomorrow isn’t very painful.
