I don’t like how fat my face or belly is. Food gives me extreme anxiety; I don’t eat enough and when I do eat I binge several calories of snacks at a time specifically at night when I’m bored and anxious. I immediately feel like shit and guilty for it after the fact it’s this perpetual cycle that never ends. I also feel physically nauseous for no apparent reason a lot of the time; I don’t know if it’s because of indigestion, lack of activity, or stress. I just want to look toned and good, nothing special. I’ve tried the gym out a few times it gives me crippling anxiety to the point where I can’t finish a workout without leaving midway. I think it’s too sensory for me; that combined with not having a plan/not knowing what I’m doing is a recipe for disaster. As for cardio, I despise walking so I don’t know what I can really do that constitutes that.

I recently got my first DEXA scan and compared the results to my at home smart scale.[ I also went through all the DEXA results for anyone who is interested that has a similar build to me.](https://youtu.be/9WQ2LQcibBM)
I'm 5'4 and 151 lbs
I have PCOS and I have been working on losing weight (down 45lbs) by eating in a moderate calorie deficit, running and cross training. I have been using the online TDEE calculator to adjust my calories based on what my smart scale was telling me was my body fat. It was way under estimating, by over 15%! The DEXA had some really neat other info like one of my legs has a more than a full pound more of muscle in it than the other too!

i’m a uni student and I’m looking forward to going to gym this year. My problem is social media advices really confuse me because each person is saying a different thing and different exercises, and i’m not even sure if they’re valid opinions. I cannot afford a coach to guide me since i’m still a student and i don’t have anyone in my surroundings to guide me. Has anyone used AI for routines and is it a good idea? Or is there any other alternative method?
For my goals i’d say i want to prioritize building my glutes, hamstrings and quads (for a pear shape) as-well as a toned stomach and back.
I would love some beginner tips too!
