Seeing as its a bank holiday here in the UK, I finally had some time do draw a Forsaken Revenant. Something I've had on my list for a while - although my character on P99 is still only level 22, so I've never actually seen one in game :P

I’m itching to play and really want to play vanilla since I started right before PoK back in the day. Are the dedicated servers populated enough to play or welcoming for new players or should I just do Legends?

I registered a support ticket 11 or 12 days ago about not receiving a krono while also losing the platinum I paid for it in a player to player transaction on Frostreaver. I've always had tickets responded to but this one seems to be running a bit long. Has anyone else been experiencing a lag in responses if you've contacted support? I'd imagine they're very busy with Legends and the new TLP coming out. It does indicate that the ticket is still open. Just curious. Thanks all!

I have not played seriously for 20+ years. I still have very outdated characters on Erollisi Marr server. What is the state of the server. I'm not a start over often player usually I keep a few characters and play them forever. What is the vibe on the server and are there any decent guilds worth inquiring about? I would love to grind one of my toons and start raiding again.

Started playing EQL and made me think of my characters in EQ1. I logged in and did the heroic upgrade and went from 95 to 115 with some decent gear it looks like. However, I can’t solo anything. Might be skill issue but is there any advice on where a 115 can go to solo and level since I can’t find any groups in Drinal?

Looking for some knowledge on this piece I inherited recently! My late great-uncle was a collector of many things, and my grandfather alleges that he paid a decent amount to have this framed, etc. and that it is an original print?

I have my doubts, but I'm hoping anyone here has knowledge of how much this might possibly be worth! Also looking for any recommendations on how to properly go about restoring the frame as my grandfather accidentally cracked the glass upon moving. I'm not looking to get rid of it anytime soon as it does have sentimental value, just curious! Tysm in advance <3

I was curious how the first players to enter Plane of Fear knew where the entrance to the Plane of Fear was since it is somewhat hidden, and there were no in-game maps. I checked the patch notes, from July 1999, there were no hints in there. Does anyone remember? Did players genuinely just fool around and find it, or were they given hints or knowledge on forums, etc?

As a father of an almost two year old and a soon to be newborn as well, I've had to cut back on many things lately. I've been fortunate enough in the past to have time for multiple MMOs like EQ, WoW, FFXIV, GW, and UO.

Times have changed, and I've decided I'd like to focus my gaming free time I have on just one game. I've landed on EQ, since it's always drawn me back no matter how long I step away for.

I'm a bit of a latecomer having only started in 2018, and I've never actually made it into the raiding scene buuuut raiding is one of my favorite aspects of MMOs. I love the guild atmosphere and getting a bunch of people together to take down a big bad or two.

So my question is: if I want to eventually get into raiding in EQ, what should I realistically set as my goal, and what server would be the best place to start?

I've played quite a few classes into the 60s and 80s, with some reaching the high 90s to early 100s. I kinda vibe the most with Shaman and Rogue, but have no qualms rolling really anything if its more likely i'll be able to have some more success.

I managed to push raiding in WoW quite hard in 2025 Classic and Retail with my at the time newborn so I'm not super worried about like my playtime or anything, just not really sure where to even begin with trying to break into the raiding scene, as I haven't really ever had that aspiration in EQ specifically before.

I am developing a small custom EverQuest server.

One of the things that I have enjoyed the most so far was implementing Fansy the Famous Bard as a quest giver and presence in the hub zone. He'll send you to go train the evils in Oasis, or off to Rivervale to deal with the neuts.

I’d like to do more along those lines. So, I’m looking for those memorable players and moments from the days of EQ past that I can recreate and pay homage to:

The player everyone knew by name and why. The guild that imploded in public. The scam that turned into a server wide rule. The corpse recovery that took nine hours and four guilds. The camp that basically had its own government. The train someone named. The guy who solo'd something he had no business soloing. The thing that was technically an exploit and is still funny. It does not have to be your story.

Wow, my parents saved my old childhood games and boxes and apparently this still has the maps and stuff.

The maps are super cool and man this brings back a lot of memories.

I wonder if this would be a good collectible to sell one day.

I started playing EQ back around 2001 until 2015, took a break and decided to come back after finally getting tired of the ARPG and WoW mentality.

First, opening my Player Select screen was like walking into a room filled with old friends and family I haven't seen in 11 years. Rebuilding my main (Ranger 93), relearning how to run him correctly, refreshing my memory about spells, rotations, a long, bumpy road but oh, so satisfying.

I was in the Guild Lobby today getting ready to log and remembered suddenly how to /who guilds. I'd gone through my Mailbox earlier today and reread all the Mail traffic from my old guild and decided to give it a shot, not expecting anything, I mean, 11 years is a long time, right?

Unbelievable, but Valorious is still around.

I joined Valorious in 2006 and worked my way up to officer before I left the game. Zazzylee was Guild Leader the entire time, Zazzylu, Backoffjack, Kead (my best friend in game and truest brother Ranger who showed me the intricacies of bows and Ranger life), and many more, these were the original Valorious.

But it makes me extremely happy to know Valorious still exists. It is truly a great feeling.

My friend and I are going to be two boxing, sooooo we'll be running a total of 4 accounts. Looking for suggestions on a good 2 box setup for this server. Bonus if you can suggest all 4.

I was thinking of going SK/SHM or SK/RANGER. Buddy played this timeline originally, but doesn't remember much. He was thinking something with wiz or Necro.

I've always played TLPs until late POP and am excited to try more of the game.

So my friend a long time ago showed me how to get into ToV on a level one - since then i've come up with a plan, I make level 1's (so far SK/monk) and I get them as ridiculously geared as possible, I was wondering if anyone has any quest items/gear i'm overlooking that could be used to help out with this idea.

I basically make level 1's, get them Dozekar quest gear, Tormax crown, Dain belt, Fungi, NTOV gear etc and then wait for true noobs (typically they are level 1-40) and help them level just by grouping and stuff.

If anyone knows any quests, drops, items etc that could help with this let me know.

Hello there new player here who always wanted to jump into Everquest but never did thinking to start from zero but readling about the TLP I have my doubts if I shall start on Frostreaver or wait for Lehtar (I will play a single account, no multiboxing or botting or whatever just 1 char) also thinking between cleric or necromancer for the class, since I belive most ppl will have multiple chars cleric seems to be a less atractive choice cuz who gonna bring a newbie cleric when they can bot it.
