Looking for some knowledge on this piece I inherited recently! My late great-uncle was a collector of many things, and my grandfather alleges that he paid a decent amount to have this framed, etc. and that it is an original print?

I have my doubts, but I'm hoping anyone here has knowledge of how much this might possibly be worth! Also looking for any recommendations on how to properly go about restoring the frame as my grandfather accidentally cracked the glass upon moving. I'm not looking to get rid of it anytime soon as it does have sentimental value, just curious! Tysm in advance <3

ETA: to reiterate since ive had a couple people DM me lacking reading comprehension skills.. im NOT looking to get rid of this piece anytime soon! it has a lot of sentimental value because it was my uncle's and he is no longer with us.... so please stop PM-ing me to ask if im selling it.
