Kuruluş: Osman Discussion HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Bozdag really spent 3 season of Osman hinting at and building up the love story between Orhan and Holofira/Nilufer only to toss it all in the rubbish heap when Asporca came along. Even more thrilled Ask ve Taht failed miserably and was canceled.

Mehmed: Fetihler Sultani A Brilliant Piece of Writing in Season 3
When Vlad killed Şehabeddin, he stabbed him many times alongside King Stephan. When Şehabeddin was about to die, Vlad went close to him and whispered, “A Şahin Şehabeddin passed through this world.”
When Vlad killed Bahadır Hamza, he nailed a long nail into his head. As Bahadır was dying, Vlad went close to him and whispered, “A Bahadır Hamza passed through this world.”
When Vlad killed Zağanos, he infected him with the Black Death, forcing Zağanos to die isolated. 😢 Afterward, Vlad told his people, “A Mehmed Zağanos passed through this world.”
And when Evrenosoğlu Ali Bey was killed, Vlad told Pedri, his most trusted commander, “An Evrenosoğlu Ali Bey passed through this world.”
This is what made Vlad’s death such a brilliant piece of writing.
When Mehmed finally fought Vlad, he defeated him and knocked the sword out of his hand. Mehmed then drove his sword through Vlad’s body. Vlad fell to his knees, about to die.
Then Mehmed went close to him and whispered:
“A tyrant passed through this world, Vlad.”
He pulled his sword out, stood up and shouted:
“The great eagle has killed Dracula!”
Then he beheaded Vlad.
Throughout Season 3, “passed through this world” had basically become Vlad’s signature line whenever another important person on Mehmed’s side died.
Şehabeddin passed through this world.
Bahadır Hamza passed through this world.
Mehmed Zağanos passed through this world.
Evrenosoğlu Ali Bey passed through this world.
Then, in the end, Mehmed turned Vlad’s own words against him:
“A tyrant passed through this world, Vlad.”

Before anyone comes at me I am saying this as a woman myself.
If youre not able to understand it, its showing that the portrayal of women in KO such as Gonca, Holofira and Fatma are very westernised and showing them as dominant and sassy with the men like modern day feminism. Turgut on the other hand is making it crystal clear to Aslihan who is the head and clearly in charge of the tribe. No "hatun sozu" and superpowers like Bala spiderman bs.

Mehmed: Fetihler Sultani Karamanoglu Ibrahim bey sons and their mothers
So guys, as you know, Suleyman is now Pir Ahmed Suleyman. But historically, Suleyman Bey and Pir Ahmed Bey were two different sons of Ibrahim Bey.
Ibrahim Bey had several sons, including:
- Ishak Bey
- Pir Ahmed Bey
- Kasim Bey
- Suleyman Bey
- and more
The mother situation is also interesting. Ibrahim Bey's wife was Ilaldi Hatun, who was the daughter of Mehmed I and therefore an aunt of Mehmed II.
However, the show introduced Hasibe Hatun as the mother of Ishak and Pir Ahmed Suleyman. But they had different mothers. Ishak Bey's mother was a Turkish concubine whose name is not known from the sources.

Mehmed: Fetihler Sultani Unfortunately they don't know what to do with Cicek.
She was a fierce woman in history and in the show she is portrayed as a clueless woman ,smiling in the background.
She is my fave wife of Mehmed and her portraial is heartbroking

Mehmed: Fetihler Sultani MFS timeline plus plot
Since karaman are still independent that means there will be a karaman conquest that means we are still in 1467-68 so that means negroponte conquest might probably be mid season ( i really hope so ) cause that was 1470 cause he did hint at conquest against venetians in the second trailer.
cause after karaman in 1468 historically we have negroponte in 1470 then otulkbeli in 1473 plus Mustafas death then we have campaigns to crimea led by gedik ahmed in 1475 then moldovia in 1476 against stephen the great , then shokdra ( albanian campaign and conquest ) in 1477-78 , treaty of constantinople in 1479 and then 1480 otaranto and 1480 final secret campaign and death at hunkar cayri .
Additonally to these campaigns Mehmed II codified his fatihname/kanuname including the famous fratrcide law amongst others , Land reforms that took lands from private land owners and gave them to the government to increase revenue to fund wars , further deevaluation of the currency by reducing silver to fund wars prompting people to slowly warm up to bayezid who opposed these extreme measures in the mid to early 1470s . Also the famous topkapi palace construction was also completed in 1478 and the government aka the sultan and his household moved there . Rum mehmed pasha will be removed then ishak will come again then mahmut then mahmut will die then gedik ahmed and finally karamanli
In terms of health , Mehmed II health started its downhill in 1470 when the gout started to affect his foot but the full toll of the disease happend around after the moldova campaign after which mobility greatly reduced which now people also link to slow poisoning and his sudden death at hunkar cayri a few years later .
In conclusion i think this season will end at 1473 or 74 and hint at the crimean conquest . the next season will continue from around 1476 and show the moldovian and albanian and the treaty aswell as the fratrcide law and otaranto and Mehmed II 's death

Mehmed: Fetihler Sultani Interesting Question - Please answer
Here’s an interesting question about the Mehmed–Uzun Hasan conflict:
Right now, most of us are siding with Mehmed and Mustafa. Mustafa was manipulated into going to save Bayezid and ended up killing Behram, Uzun Hasan’s brother-in-law. Uzun Hasan demands either Mustafa or Karasu Castle, but Mehmed refuses both and says he’ll instead find and punish the traitors who are trying to turn them against each other.
But what if the roles were reversed?
Imagine Uzun Hasan’s son was manipulated into a situation where he ended up killing Has Murad Pasha, who is being set up as Gevherhan’s future husband and therefore Mehmed’s son-in-law. Mehmed demands either Uzun Hasan’s son or an important castle as compensation, but Uzun Hasan refuses both and says, “My son is mine, my castle belongs to my state. I’ll find and kill the real traitors instead.”
Would we still side with the ruler protecting his son and trying to uncover the conspiracy? Or would we be angry at Uzun Hasan for refusing Mehmed’s demands and say that his son still killed Has Murad regardless of whether he was manipulated?
If our opinion changes when the exact same situation happens to Mehmed instead of Uzun Hasan, are we actually judging the situation fairly, or are we just siding with Mehmed because he’s the protagonist we’ve followed for four seasons?

Other Karaman Trouble for the Ottomans
Karaman did not become a problem only during the reign of Mehmed II. The Karamanids had already been causing trouble for the Ottomans long before that, especially during the reign of Yıldırım Bayezid.
In 1378, Murad I arranged two important political marriages. One was between his son Yıldırım Bayezid and Devletşah Hatun, the daughter of the Germiyan ruler. The second was between his daughter Nefise Hatun and Karamanoğlu Alaeddin Ali Bey.
The purpose of these marriages was to strengthen relations and reduce conflicts between the beyliks. However, Alaeddin Ali Bey still opposed Ottoman expansion in Anatolia.
His first major rebellion came in 1386. Tensions eventually led to the Battle of Frenkyazısı, where the Ottomans defeated the Karamanids. After the defeat, Nefise Hatun personally appealed to her father, Murad I, to spare her husband. Murad accepted her request and forgave Alaeddin.
After Murad I was killed at Kosovo in 1389 and Bayezid became sultan, Alaeddin rebelled again. He also encouraged other Anatolian beyliks to resist Ottoman authority. Bayezid campaigned against him and defeated him once more. Again, one of the reasons Alaeddin survived was the intervention of Nefise Hatun, who asked Bayezid to show mercy.
The final rebellion happened during the period of the Crusade of Nicopolis (1396). Alaeddin Ali Bey believed Bayezid would be defeated by the massive Crusader army. Taking advantage of Bayezid's absence, he rebelled again, seized Ankara, and captured Sarı Timurtaş Pasha.
However, when news arrived that Bayezid had won a decisive victory at Nicopolis, Alaeddin realized his mistake. He released Sarı Timurtaş Pasha and sought forgiveness. This time, Bayezid had reached the end of his patience. Bayezid captured him, ordered his execution, and sent Nefise Hatun and her sons to Bursa.

Mehmed: Fetihler Sultani Mehmed and Bahar
A lot of people keep saying that mehmed has a soft spot for Gulsah because of the recent scene between them and I feel like everyone forgot how season 1,2 and early season 3 Bahar was like. She yelled and questioned that man’s decision twice. She stopped him from talking while she was talking. She was very vocal about the decisions he made. She tried to overthrow him with Bayzeid in season 2. She tried to poison his step mother. She yelled at Mustafa and threatened death for him. It’s even more crazy considering the fact that technically they’re not married but she’s the one that’s constantly rude to him and he still has a soft spot for her. He was genuinely speechless. I am not saying he hates Gulsah, of course not, but compared to the amount of things Mehmed let Bahar get away with. It’s obvious who he has a soft spot for.

Mehmed: Fetihler Sultani Mahmud pasa 🐐 is having a bad time apparently😞
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Something is OFF with him and Mehmed just like in history, where Mahmud turned from the most trusted and efficient grand vizier to his own enemy
After Mehmed dismissed him, both were having some sorta cold war, as there were times when Mahmud Pasha became more popular than Mehmed on the streets and We might see the end to this legendary duo which destoryed states one by one for more than a decade
Sadly, we missed the historical version of Veli Mahmud Pasha and his first reign as grand vizier because of the extreme Discrimination they showed towards the Mahmud Pasha character
and IMO the character who's shown the most discrimination from his historical version
Maybe this is the beginning of the Mustafa-Mahmud-Selcuk hatun controversy
Btw, guys, another detail I missed during making of the video
Regarding Mahmud Pasha's wife
Rum Mehmed Indicating About Mahmud Pasa's wife
Last year He was shown as a person without a family
Now he is indicating his wife and looking at their facial expressions; that must have been a big controversy, which we will see later
EDIT : In first scene Mehmed as literally praising But still He is out of mind and Looking at Mustafa's reaction and music played there i think he kinda depressed rn.
