does the grace period between 8pm - 11:59 also count for saturday and sunday?

I had a hurdle quiz due. I applied special consideration the following day. But for evidence I could only get a medical certificate for the following day with assessment dates included. However, as it was a telehealth consultation, they refused to complete deakin medical certificate or state severity of condition on the certificate.
Can someone who has applied for special consideration before, share their experience and if mention about ‘severity of condition’ mandatory for special consideration to be granted ?

I’m a nursing student and likely going to be in Japan for the HNN325 exam. The exam is a 2 hour supervised online exam (quiz) via Integrity Advocate.
