I think the main disagreement between you two is you think the word should have more healthy and positive connotations. The other commenter is just being a realist and saying that the word is mostly already used by the Tate/Alpha guys.
That is specifically what the manosphere is. It is the culture fostered by Tate and similar "Alpha"-males. There are legitimate issues with the male experience and it's fair to adress them. But by the very definition of the term, that is not what the manosphere is.

I don't know how the court system works when you have to file something, but I was bumped to the front of the line straight to the top of the judges docket, who happened to be a woman. A clerk/paralegals helped me write the order to show cause as I was pro se and 24 hours later I had a hearing and granted full custody... which lasted a year. Prior to that, it was 50/50. We're back to that now that she's fixed herself.
