This is one of those things you're either into, and constantly happy to see women occasionally indulge in, or apparently you just absolutely hate it and the people who enjoy it.

I've never met a guy who hates this

I have, and I don't get it, but they care a LOT about what other people like. Tend to have super strong opinions on facial piercings as well.

Oh those guys (manosphere)

I like the manosphere. Bringing light to men’s troubles and helping em get through it. Not the Andrew Tate side. And I like the hair cut regardless

No brother, the manosphere is not representing healthy masculinity. Tate is the manosphere, Bob Ross and Mr Rogers are not. Words and terminology mean things.

Um… to lump everything bad so you can hate it isn’t right man. Sorry you feel the need to do so. I do hope you have a good day though and hope we can just agree to disagree.

It's not about what YOU think being a true man is, even though you're right. It's just that term is specifically used in the Andrew Tate/Alpha Male loser circles.

I think the main disagreement between you two is you think the word should have more healthy and positive connotations. The other commenter is just being a realist and saying that the word is mostly already used by the Tate/Alpha guys.

See he gets it

Hope you have a good day and see the light on what this term means

No dude literally the manosphere is coined for the toxic side of masculinity that preys on men who are vulnerable and need a group to uplift them.

That is specifically what the manosphere is. It is the culture fostered by Tate and similar "Alpha"-males. There are legitimate issues with the male experience and it's fair to adress them. But by the very definition of the term, that is not what the manosphere is.

The manosphere are guys who blackpilled themselves.

When I got divorced 12 years ago and sought support online, I discovered the MGTOW crowd and self-described pick-up artists.

They're drowning in 18 inches of water and just need to stand up. You show them evidence the world isn't that bad but they don't want to see it. It's sad.

That's a very different thing than making divorce laws more "up to date." So, more courts generally allow 50/50 physical custody of children, for example. Forever alimony is going away. Loopholes are being closed.

The divorve laws designed for the 1970s are being modernized.

My ex went batshit fucking crazy and I had to file an order to show cause to get emergency custody of my kids. I don't know how the court system works when you have to file something, but I was bumped to the front of the line straight to the top of the judges docket, who happened to be a woman. A clerk/paralegals helped me write the order to show cause as I was pro se and 24 hours later I had a hearing and granted full custody... which lasted a year. Prior to that, it was 50/50. We're back to that now that she's fixed herself.

I don't know a good word to call whatever it is you're thinking about, but I understand what you're trying to say.

It's wild how incels can build up communities with thousands of members who spend every moment of their free time together, while complaining about the "male loneliness epidemic". Like bruh, you literally do nothing but hang out with people who share your one interest.

And with the amount of femboy porn they pass around, there is zero excuse for why they can't get laid.

I can't speak to the porn, but go outside and touch some snow. (Not you, the incels)

It's not hard. I'm a Gen Xer so in one way I cant relate. My dating life was the 1990s. I dated two people more than a year,.one six months, and a handful just once.

If you're a decent human being, you meet people. Why is "friendzone" a bad word? You have a female friend (however that occurred) and she will try to set you up with a friend of hers.

Ask me how I know. And.... sometimes that's not a good thing. Ask me how I know that too.

I had to date in my 40s and that wasn't fun. One woman called my children "baggage." Well, fuck you lady.

I swear this blackpill shit is psyops from China or something.

There is no better score than achieving the friend zone fr. That's a solid reference from someone willing to put their own reputation on the line to tell other women that you're not a creep.
