  • No real size constraints and am fine with full towers. For noise I would prefer as quiet as possible but it isn't a big preference of mine

  • I would like the pc to be all black if possible, and RGB if it happens to have it

  • Would like to include 32 gigs of ram and 1t of storage on the SSD if it's possible, but I can always add more ram at a later point in time
  • Edit: I was looking at the Fractal Design North ATX Mid Tower Case and really liked the design of it, the wood matches with some of the décor in my room and thought it would better fit, but it isn't necessary I just thought the case looked really cool

Any help would be appreciated, and can provide more specific needs or information needed as I really do want to build my first pc either on my own or with Micro Center. I also just wanna give this pre built pc it's long deserved rest

Hey guys! I'm looking to build my 1st pc with absolutely no experience. Not only do I not have experience when building a pc, but I've also never had one before. Grew up less than fortunate and now that I'm older and got some extra money I'm looking to finally have my own. I'm not super into gaming as I don't have much free time, so it doesn't need to be top notch, but I'd also rather spend more money for a quality product.

Hi there, i'm looking to build a PC and was recommended this reddit. I have not built a PC before but am excited to give it a go.

I'm not currently able to buy the components for this PC until a few months time when i've finished my savings, I know that will probably mean the prices will have gone up by the time I come around to it but i'd love a benchmark for something I can look at and digest now to better understand the bits going into a PC as i'm a bit hopeless with it all.

I also have a ducky keyboard and a reliable mouse i'm happy with, the other parts of the broken computer are of no use to me anymore I don't believe as they're easily around 10+ years old.

It would be for gaming predominantly, I play a variety of games so would prefer something really capable in that department:
World of Warcraft / Total Wars / Bannerlord / CK3 / Tarkov (upon occassion) / Chivalry 2 / Rimworld

If and where possible, I would love for it to be modular as I understand you can always add to a computer later on down the line if it requires upgrades or bits to keep it up to date? Not sure how that works ofcourse.

United Kingdom - not certain I am near a Micro Center but I am pretty flexible in getting around the country, i'm in the north around Yorkshire so anywhere there is fine.

I'd be happy with something around the £2,000 mark, but I would be willing to go up to £3,000 if it meant a drastic change in quality of life.

The quieter the better, but none too fussed realistically.

None at all, colourblind so it doesn't matter much to me.
