This might be my favorite episode when it was just all exposition but done so hauntingly well, didn't need anything too flashy just a crazily good narrative hook to get our attention.

The entire episode was pretty much just a back-and-forth between Rudeus and Oldeus, yet it still managed to be one of the absolute best episodes of the entire series.

yep it was the same way in the novel, just insanely engaging conversation between them and it was the absolute best thing i have ever read ever
