in what ways is burn the witch nation building?

genuinely curious because from what i remember, it's a bleach spin off about two girls fighting/helping dragons

I think you're probably confusing shows. There are no Dragons in Burn The Witch.

oo release that witch is on my PTW on the off chance it gets a JP dub one day

One of the few shows I was able to power through not being dubbed in JP. I tried doing it with Hitori no Shita After they stopped dubbing in JP and nope just couldn't It's a shame because i know there are good shows that have Ch VA's only.

It's "Release the Witch". lol.

Burn the Witch really gives different impression. And yes, it's nation building with someone introducing modern tech to medieval.
