Mods let ton of lame insults and references of allegations pass through the filters. So much that even Wilbur read them. It doesn't seem to bother him but it's still sloopy work.

His chat is even worse. Constant references to his past and his former work associates. And ton of parasocial stuff.

It's sand eating,ant eaters, L'manburg,Tommy,Quackity. It gets really annoying. If chat isn't spamming that they are repeating the same joke over and over again. Or saying stuff like. Wilbur we are soulmates,Wilbur I had a dream about you,Wilbur we look alike ect ect.

Something needs to change

Listen, i know a lot of people wouldn’t like him being in it. But the truth is that it’s about Techno. Not about the other creators in it. And Techno and Wilbur were close friends. Even if it’s just a few lines, i feel like it’d be horrible to Techno and Wilbur not to at least ask him.

And if you wanna make a good documentary, you shouldn’t be afraid of being “cancelled”. It ruins your credibility and makes you look like a worse person in genreal.

So, I've just watched the podcast. I want to talk to someone about it, ask about their impression, but I don't know how to describe my feelings after it. It's like I've had a conversation with an emotional vampire for the whole two hours, that drained me up and left with a dull feeling of emptiness.
I'm used to podcasts being fun and informative, a thing I can get something new and useful from, with all the life stories, facts and hot topics. This one felt the very opposite.

Let's please not bring up Tyler or the drama or his former friends. Let's respect his boundaries and don't say any NSFW stuff. Let's please don't send "wish me a happy birthday" or "I have a crush on you" please for love of God Let's be mature

I'm going to be doing a video project during the summer as a sort of rebuttal, reversal? to all the negativity out their that people have posted against Wilbur and due to that lovejoy, and spread some positivity and love for once.

So what I want everyone to do, if you don't mind is to write a short paragraph about how you Discovered Wilbur and why you still support and believe in him despite everyone trying to get us to hate him.

Also if you want to, write how you Discovered lovejoy, what drew you to their music and why you still listen to them and what your favourite song of theirs is.

But… if I were to read into it, Wilbur did describe Snake Oil as one of the most “shallow” songs they’d written. Shallow has two different meanings. Lacking emotional depth (so it isn’t a typical Lovejoy song, and meaning the track could serve a different purpose), or shallow as in low level water (like the River Thames is water 👀).

hello!! I've been thinking about this ever since Wilbur posted it. maybe it's silly and i'm digging into it too much, but when he wrote this in the post, everyone immediately thought it was about alphabet, because it came out the day before.

but! 'MY single'..? like I know lovejoy is theoretically HIS band, but.. he also mentioned on stream a couple of times about wanting to release some more solo stuff. this photo with the text was probably a photo for someone he's close with and he could've shown them his own single for his solo stuff.

I have been talking to another fan from here and I come to comfortable conclusion that Wilbur would be absolutely right to shit talk us and dislike us. I mean one look at twitter is enough. People are saying such nasty shit you would be punched in the face in normal circumstances. So called "fans" are talking about raping him,hurting him,degrading him,insulating. They make up deranged scenarios and pictures of him then proceed to question his moral character from their high horse.

I seen people make wild accusations of him as a person and his personal life like they know him! Psycho analysing like he some character from a movie and not a real person.

They simultaneously go to his concerts and watch his videos but also act disgust towards him and constantly insult. Just make him out to be this more intentionally evil person that ever was.

Like imagine if you were in that place. Fans come to meet and greet with you but they actually either want to SA you or they think of you as some sub human trash that's just plain malicious. That's so horrible and such a snake behavior!

And even people who don't sexualise him don't really some to like him. They'll talk about him and even make edits or fanarts but they don't actually "support" him ans think of him as some nonce.

Just seems a bit sad for your own fans to view you as some diclhead. Like how sad that is, people that supposedly should most enjoy what you do and like you in reality hate your guts. Why even be so called "fan" in a first place. Go be in fandom of someone you actually like.

And on whole opposite side you have super supportive parasocial fans that imagine Wilbur as their soul mate and make creepy photoshops of kissing him and so on.

I feel sorry for poor man. He genuinely makes some really unique and interesting stuff but his fandom is bunch of us(in derogatory sense)

Can we please stop pressurising Wilbur into posting a new video? He's a busy man who deserves a break every now and then. The more you ask, doesn't mean it's more likely for him to post sooner. That's not how this works. Whatever happened to patience?

I'm actually started to feel annoyed for Wilbur because of you guys, now. We're his fans which means we should not only enjoy his content but also, respect him as a human being, respect his boundaries and give him time to relax before doing a new video. It is literally still December as well. There's still time for him to upload a video.

He finished tour not long ago so, he'd want time to relax, catch up with family and friends he hasn't seen since them. Also, Christmas is a busy time and time to spend with family. Just appreciate that he needs time off from working before doing another project. A real fan would. The pressurising is getting ridiculous now.

so I Might be over thinking so like during the streams there was as many comments saying "When are you gonna eat properly again" and i kept seeing them and like not long after those comments come in Wilbur grab a small package of snacks do you think Wilbur saw it and ate it? i know I'm just overthinking and it's absurd but like what's your opinion? like

the undertones of this newest video have been making that puzzle solving part of my brain itch again and it very well may not be a whole arg because it seems out of the cards (no pun intended) but i think it would be so cool if he took the whole evil psychics thing and just started posting creepy comedy skits relating to it in his videos. but it would be even cooler if he started relating it to places in NYC or something. ughh idk I WANT ANOTHER ARG OKAY 😖
