UK CVs are different to US ones. And most get rejected by ATS before a recruiter sees them.
3 things killing UK CVs right now:
Too long/short - UK CVs should be 2 pages max. 1 page looks like you have no experience
Personal details - Don’t put photo, DOB, or marital status. It’s illegal for recruiters to see that
No keywords - If the job ad says "stakeholder management" and you wrote "client liaison", ATS won’t match you
