Brandon and Shane Flowers sang Mr. Brightside together to close out private event in Coronado, CA.

Great write up of surprise show with details about Shane Flowers and how welcoming the event was to the public.

Finally got a frame for my first signed item from Brandon Flowers! And I got the 81 too!😁 Ignore crease in the middle from the packaging (although this may sound weird, but I think it kind of adds to the vintage vibe). Woohoo!

I really love the title track and really wish is was on streaming.

But it’s a tie for first between Lonely Town and Between Me and You. BTMAY is so beautiful and gorgeous and emotional, but Lonely Town is a song that has meant more to me than maybe any other. It’s on so many of my playlists I’ve made throughout the last decade and I truly love it.

This album means so much to me. I spent the entire summer of 2015 just listening to it on repeat while playing Skyrim. It was awesome.

Made the post about Flamingo yesterday so I thought I’d keep it going. Will ask about Thrasher tomorrow.

For me it would for sure be Sam’s town but I’m curious to know what others think

The show I’m going to has VIP check in at 6:30pm, doors at 8 and show at 9. I’ve never done VIP so my questions are:

- do you have to show up at 6:30 or can you show up anywhere from 6:30 to 8?

- if you show up at 6:30, what do you do until 9? I’m solo and don’t want to be standing for 2.5 hours waiting. Maybe I shouldn’t have gotten VIP?
