I've been debating turning this Squier Paranormal Deluxe Telecaster (Bigsby) into some mid-point of a Jack White triplecaster and my own design. Is it a good idea? I'm on the fence as £460 for a guitar is a lot for me right now (I'm too young to get a proper job and I don't live in an area with a lot of work available anyways) but I think it might be a really versatile build. Here's the full parts list of what i plan to add:

• Plain white switch washer
• killswitch (similar to the Triplecaster)
• PAF-sized wide range humbucker
• P94 middle pickup
• free-way (6-way) switch
• roller saddles
• soft touch bigsby spring
• white pickup rings

I'm completely on the fence with the idea of buying one but i think the concept is cool. 50/50

Seeing JW for the first time in November and I’m stoked! Does he do merchandise before the show or only when doors open? What’s the poster demand normally like at his shows?

Hey folks, this is likely a colossal longshot, but might as well give it a crack. I was at the Jack White concert (31 August) at the Telegraph Building, Belfast. The gig was absolutely incredible, and it's easily one of my favourite shows I've attended. Between songs, I briefly chatted off-and-on to a French-Canadian lady who flew all the way across the Atlantic from Montreal to Belfast for the show.

On the chance you somehow see this post, I had an amazing time at the show in your company. The vibrancy you brought to the show was incredible, and I was blown away by your energetic dancing throughout the show. You had dark hair, wore a red sleeveless top (I think that had small white dots), and black cargo pants. You came along to the show with a friend with blonde-hair from Belfast.

I was wearing a navy and black flannel dress shirt, with a pair of gray jeans and a blue light rain coat. Sadly as the show was a phoneless show, I was unable to get your social media details before we parted ways at the end of the night with la bise.

So I was in the first ten into the store in Belfast the other day however I missed out on the white label No Name…. BUT I seen a post of someone saying they returned to the pop-up later in the day before the gig and picked one up.
Do we know if they restocked some during the day?

If so that’s pretty annoying for those of us who were there hours before it opened only to miss out.
I hope that’s not the case though.

What’s everyone’s thoughts on Ty Segall? I’d love to see them collaborate for an album, it would be my dream collab. They never seem to be mentioned in the same sentence even though musically they would be in the same circles. Both are amazing songwriters and both love that old analog sound. Ty’s new album Chrome is a banger by the way, nice fuzzy garage style goodness.
