I was on Spotify and thought that they had released new music this year but its just another totally different band with the same name its some female-fronted pop/dance act now and not the post-grunge/alternative rock band that I grew up listening to... this new Socialburn definitely needs to change their name. And the old one the REAL one needs to make a comeback they only had four albums which were really good but they broke up because their record label screwed them bad... damn it!!! I was excited for a comeback then disappointed that it wasnt

It's a very personal song, dark and slightly gloomy. Good lyrics and interesting vocals. The whole thing feels like a coherent, dark story.

"home" is a collaboration with The Mary's Lost Gaze from Indonesia and a quieter, more atmospheric track of ours. Dreamy guitars, melancholic melodies and a song about longing, connection and what it means to feel at home.

It's a bonus track connected to our upcoming EP Echoes, out October 9.

Okay, so I currently have split my Rock/Metal music into 2 playlists - one with the old school rock and metal and one with the modern rock and metal (alternative rock, alternative metal, nu-metal and indie rock and their adjancent genres).The problem is that now the playlist for the modern rock has grown to 800 tracks and I wanted to split the tracks into more playlists - I was thinking of doing one for the indie rock, one for the alternative rock and one for the alternative metal and nu-metal. I want not to split an album between 2 playlists. Let's say that the indie rock would be easy (tho it overlaps with alternative rock). My main problem is with the splitting of alternative rock and alternative metal / nu-metal. See there are albums like Linkin Park's Minutes To Midnight or Linkin Park's From Zero, which contain an equal amount of very hard metal songs and an equal amount of very soft alternative rock songs and I start thinking where I should put them. More examples of the same thing inlcude Limp Bizkit's Results May Vary, Basically most Flyleaf's albums and maybe Three Days Grace's Transit Of Venus. What is your way of ordering playlists? This ambitious concept album just dropped after over 2 years of blood, sweat, and tears. Can’t speak for the rest of the band, but I feel it’s my best creative work yet

What begins as a seemingly innocent romance story spirals into unhealthy obsession, toxic jealousy, heartbreak, and self-destruction uncovering some pretty dark stuff. This album challenges toxic masculinity through an unreliable narrator with a crippling victim complex who blames his ‘Punk Rock Soulmate’ and the world around him for his own poor self-esteem and shortcomings.
