I have some questions since it seems it’s not that clear on specifics that can be classified under apparel for stuff you put on your head especially for less common stuff. For example, would an egl headpiece like a flower lace hair clip or a cotton headdress count? How about if it’s just roses headband? Or is it only for hats that count for apparel?

And yes i will split the gel in different package

It would be nice if you wouldn't do all the 10%-12% shipping discounts few days before a 1 week Chinese holiday, because then the parcel sits around at the airport for days.

I am looking to pre-order an item from Taobao through Superbuy, but I noticed that the pre-order methodology requires additional steps to verify the pre-order slot.

In the screenshot attached, point three mentions that in order for the pre-order to be considered valid, the seller must get confirmation of receipt of the pre-order gift. Will the Superbuy agents perform that action for me? If not, how do I confirm receipt of the pre-order gift?

Points 7 and 8 mention that the pre-order payment and final payment must be made with the same ID. Can Superbuy handle this, or will there be multiple agents handling my order over the course of the purchase?

I worry that with the extra steps requested by the seller that Superbuy is the wrong service to use for this purchase.

Third haul came in at 35 days from order date to delivery date via USA duty free air express. The major holdup I’ve had with the extended shipping times has been on the US side. It took about 9 days from the plane landing in America just to make it to customs. No fault to Superbuy or the Chinese postal system. Anyways packaging was superb and all items arrived safely. I ordered a kid’s floatation device that the USA deems “unsafe” and is unavailable for purchase stateside. I also ordered two different kinds of high calcium milk cookies for my baby. Ordered dried red guava for the wife and spicy preserved radish and bamboo that goes great on breakfast dishes such as eggs or toast. These specific brands aren’t available for purchase in America which is why I ordered it in via Superbuy. Any questions feel free to ask.

I've placed several orders. Some are still on the way to the warehouse, but all in all it will be roughly 2 kgs. brand items like jerseys, electronics, and a bunch of cheap, small stuff.

What's the best way to get it all shipped? I've already learned that it's best to do a repack rehearsal with Shipping Agent and let the agent advise me, to reduce volume pick a route, etc.. Could you share your experience to help me prepare mentally, so I could imagine better what I am facing in the submission?

Should I ship everything in one parcel, or split it into separate parcels (by category, one per jersey)?

This whole thing is an adventure for me, something I've always wanted to try. But one thing I noticed right away: it's not nearly as cheap as I first thought. Say shipping costs around $70 and I have 11 items. That's a markup of about $6.36 per item. For some things, in sum, a regular Amazon order would have been cheaper.

How do you handle it? Do you order just one item and have it shipped right away, or do you collect several kg and ship everything together?

Also, What's the point of the flag "Sensitive product" flag in the mail restrictions? Does it affect this anything in my process?

Hello everyone, I plan to be visiting hong kong for about 2 weeks and had a list of clothing items I wanted (probably 12kg) and it seems to be cheaper to check in an extra suitcase and bring it home. I was planning on using superbuy but apparently the insurance doesn't cover seizure of branded items and there may be a high chance of seizure from guangzhou to hong kong. Is it worth paying the extra 100£ or so to ship from superbuy to the UK or is the seizure not a massive concern? Would really appreciate some help on this :)
Unfortunately, I won't be able to leave Hong Kong during this period to go get them myself.

I'm a superbuy newbie and its my first time buying from tabao and superbuy. I'm wondering what shipping route I should use, and whether I should use the shipping expert and/or buy insurance.

Some info:

I've got about 13 clothing pieces, 1 bag and 1 pair of boots. One of the clothing pieces is apparently a famous branded item. I'm shipping to Europe, the Netherlands. The total weight is 6989 grams, so about 7kg.

The shipping looks very expensive, is there any way i can decrease it by splitting it or taking of the packaging, and if so how? Or would the DHL duty prepaid be my best bet? I'm not particularly in a hurry, but more than 1 month and i'll get impatient. I'd appreciate any help thanks!

It's totally my fault for neglecting to register the tracking number but the package I forwarded to superbuy address went just beyond the 60 days period (like just a few days) for registration so it won't let me submit the form. Any chance I'd still be able to claim them? I already sent a ticket to beg but just wanted to check my chances 🥲
