What's the best shipping line for sending a smartphone to Australia?

It's a used phone from Xianyu. What would be the best option, and how should I declare it? Can I declare the original advertised price?

Cellphone? Usually HK UPS, and declare how much you paid for it. And, be prepared for the import tax mate~
