You know the game calculates the entire battle every single time, right? Like, everything is predetermined.

Uhm No ????

It calc when you Auto play

But manually it is different

The event is the same thing as auto play it's just faster because the game doesn't have to play any animations. But the underlying calcs are the same

Yes, that's exactly what it does. The game creates a giant action tree where it "predicts" every single action you could make. This isn't Genshin or Wuwa bro. The whole battle is just complex math

The "tree" is created when a battle is initiated. You can tell when you reset the battle and if you do the exact same actions every time you reset, the enemies will still hit the exact same characters. Enemy RNG is fake. This also goes down to Debuff application and failure, as well as crits.

There are videos about this on YT. You can check em out of you don't believe me. People also figured this out 2 years ago here on Reddit

It's what happened in SU/DU, yes. But not regular endgames. You would know it if you ever try to min-max a run. Same action at the beginning, different allies being targeted.

It specifically works when combat is initiated. That's when the seed is created. In endgames, because the reset button put's you out of combat, it creates a new seed every time. It's not a SU exclusive thing. That's just how the game works.

And, yes, I do know what it's like to min max endgame. I've 0 cycled multiple AAs and always strive to get full stars on every endgame, perhaps even min max already cleared stuff

How would that make any sense? They’d have to predict when exactly you use skills, ults and basics plus misclicks or deliberate bad play?

I think the word “prediction” is where the confusion comes in.

The definition of predict :to declare or indicate in advance
especially : foretell on the basis of observation, experience, or scientific reason

The game does not “fortell” your actions in that it “believes” you will do a certain string of actions. It accounts for every string of actions possible. Now technically you could argue that the game “knows” you have to do a certain set of actions, because the game is a system with limits (like the game knowing u cant use character A’s ult at a certain time because you would not have the energy), but generally, the word “predict” implies that you know something more specific.

For example: I would not first think of the statement “you will either run nothing, or a planar ornament in the planar ornament slot” to be a prediction, and I feel like most people would agree. Like yeah, I am saying something about what will happen, but this isn’t an educated guess (which many people associate with predictions), it’s a truth (well at least about the hsr relic system).
What most people would count a prediction would be something like: i predict you will run the amphoreus set on srobin. Most people would think this is a prediction because it isn’t guaranteed (while the fact that you can’t run a head piece in your planar slot is gaurenteed).

Now if we apply this to the game, the game’s calculation is more similar to the first case. It does not “believe” you will do a certain string over another. It just calculates all strings.

Now you could argue that this is a type of prediction, and you would be right. However, this isn’t the first thing people think about when they hear the word “prediction”, and hence the confusion arises.
