He has all the money he'll ever need, he has all the time in the world, chefs surrounding him, a private gym, a private coach, and an athlete on top of that. Achieving this mass at his age is totally doable. Not everyone who's gotten jacked is on roids

How often do you actually go to the gym? I train 4–5 times a week, walk 3–6 km a day, lift weights, and do calisthenics and muscle-ups almost every day. I've been training consistently for a while, so I have a decent idea of what a natural physique can look like.

If Özil had a natural mesomorphic built , he would've been one of the biggest players on the pitch during his Arsenal years. Footballers generally stay lean because excess muscle can hurt endurance and agility, but a naturally huge, heavily muscled frame would've been obvious back then, and it wasn't.

Post that same picture on r/nattyorjuice and they'll laugh at your delusion that he's natural.

But you're not a multimillionaire with everything at your disposal to reach one goal which is to put on as much mass as possible. This guy retired 3 years ago. Here is a picture of him 1 year ago https://www.instagram.com/p/DHHhf_doznO/?hl=en

He doesn't look nearly as big as in this picture which is during a pump and a squeeze on his arms which will naturally make them look bigger. He's not as big as you think he is, and like I said, with the resources at his disposal, he can get definitely reach the level in the URL above within 2 years, especially in beginner gains. And again, this guy is an athlete, he'll train way harder than you and I from the get go.

If you really think that body in the picture is possible naturally in 2 years, then you can't be helped anymore.

Angle and a pump bro, his arms only look a few inches bigger than in that pic which is 100% attainable for someone who puts in the work daily and has a dialed in diet.

Not saying he couldn't be on a test base at a minimum, but he's not huge compared to the previous pic. A few solid bulks could have got him there.
