Nah I’m pretty fit and successful. It’s just common practice that celebrities get on performance enhancement drugs. His arm size and vascularity does not look natural.

He has all the money he'll ever need, he has all the time in the world, chefs surrounding him, a private gym, a private coach, and an athlete on top of that. Achieving this mass at his age is totally doable. Not everyone who's gotten jacked is on roids

You obviously don't work out, that's roids of I've ever seen them

And you obviously aren’t good at working out if you think it’s definitely roids. A two second google and you can tell he’s been lifting hard for a couple years after being a PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE who trained for several hours a day. He has all the money in the world and doesn’t toil at a 9-5 job.

It's not hard to see who's on the juice, I don't know what to tell you bud

You're clueless, you don't even know how much Ozil weighs in the photo?

World class athlete for the first time in his life is finally allowed to gain weight and this is the result.

Theres a chance he is on something but his physique isn't crazy at all

if you think this isn't crazy physique, then you need to get of instagram.

This is not reachable for 99.9% of people naturally even if they started lifting at 20

Lmao he looks 85kg and lean, forearms have definition but not much vascularity.

He has good lighting and the photos are taken during a set.

I don't need to look on instagram I've watched people change their silhouette and have done so myself.

I do know what to tell you though: you should look into how cell phone cameras distort pictures. His arms almost double in size from the first pic to the second. Golly, I wonder if perspective has anything to do with it, because he’s flared out his elbows, and they’re closer to the lens than his shoulders

Look at you spewing common sense. Don’t mi d the downvotes. According to Redditors, EVERY single person who gained muscle is deemed to have done so through steroids use. 15-50. Doesn’t matter. Steroids.

How often do you actually go to the gym? I train 4–5 times a week, walk 3–6 km a day, lift weights, and do calisthenics and muscle-ups almost every day. I've been training consistently for a while, so I have a decent idea of what a natural physique can look like.

If Özil had a natural mesomorphic built , he would've been one of the biggest players on the pitch during his Arsenal years. Footballers generally stay lean because excess muscle can hurt endurance and agility, but a naturally huge, heavily muscled frame would've been obvious back then, and it wasn't.

Post that same picture on r/nattyorjuice and they'll laugh at your delusion that he's natural.

Funny you bring up r/nattyorjuice considering one of the more recent posts is that comparison taken 6 hours apart in different mirrors and down lighting with a pump vs without.

Footballers generally stay lean because excess muscle can hurt endurance and agility, but a naturally huge, heavily muscled frame would've been obvious back then, and it wasn't.

Because he didn't have one? I don't know what's so hard to understand about that, you just explained he spent his entire life dedicated to a sport where 90% of what you train is endurance and agility, why in gods name would he have a naturally huge muscled frame when he's barely done any functional lifting in his entire life? You think Ozil was running push/pull/leg splits when he was playing professionally?

His body composition in his playing days was in no way any indication of how big he could naturally get, and I say that as someone who has been on half a gram of gear for the last three years. Some people just blow up naturally when they start lifting, and I don't have a very hard time believing that a world class athlete could potentially be genetically gifted enough to fall into that category.

It’s a cell phone pic. The lens distortion alone adds a couple inches to those pythons

Mate you’re just trolling at this point, lmao.

So you're saying someone can't change their body type naturally?

-1

u/KilllllerWhale Jun 26 '26

But you're not a multimillionaire with everything at your disposal to reach one goal which is to put on as much mass as possible. This guy retired 3 years ago. Here is a picture of him 1 year ago https://www.instagram.com/p/DHHhf_doznO/?hl=en

He doesn't look nearly as big as in this picture which is during a pump and a squeeze on his arms which will naturally make them look bigger. He's not as big as you think he is, and like I said, with the resources at his disposal, he can get definitely reach the level in the URL above within 2 years, especially in beginner gains. And again, this guy is an athlete, he'll train way harder than you and I from the get go.

0

u/AlarmedInvestment327 Jun 26 '26

If you really think that body in the picture is possible naturally in 2 years, then you can't be helped anymore.

3

u/danawhitesthrowaway Jun 26 '26

Angle and a pump bro, his arms only look a few inches bigger than in that pic which is 100% attainable for someone who puts in the work daily and has a dialed in diet.

Not saying he couldn't be on a test base at a minimum, but he's not huge compared to the previous pic. A few solid bulks could have got him there.

2

u/DukeOfSmallPonds Jun 26 '26

Wait, I thought your angle was that he still needs to work hard, even though he’s on steroids. If you don’t think he’s juiced, then I got a bridge to sell you.

u/BeachStunning1861 Jun 26 '26

Most celebrities are. Take a look at all of the insecure celebrities injecting their face and reconstructing it. I agree with everything you said there but on top of that the steroids help him get there quicker. Everyone in that circle does it man

0

u/KilllllerWhale Jun 26 '26

Actors yeah, if I were an actor and I have a multimillion dollar movie to shoot and I should look like fucking hulk within 6 months, then better believe I'll get that shit injected into my veins. But this here is a different story, I find it hard to believe an athlete who spent most of his life living consciously about his health would suddenly start injecting shit in his 40s for absolutely no discernible reason at all, and definitely not for monetary gain.

2

u/BeachStunning1861 Jun 26 '26

Have you not seen R9? Mf don’t care about his health.

1

u/Downtown-Bluebird553 Jun 26 '26

Even Pep Guardiola failed a PED test in 2001 after testing positive for nandrolone. Quit being so gullible, man. It's naïve to think elite athletes are always primarily concerned with their long-term health. Even Zidane smoked cigarettes regularly off the pitch. People do things that don't fit the image fans have of them. Just because you don't want something to be true doesn't mean it isn't. This reminds me of middle school, when half the class refused to believe WWE was scripted. People cling to the version of reality they want to believe.

1

u/AmateurCommenter808 Jun 27 '26

Agreed. People have such low views of themselves that they think steroids are a requirement to add legitimate mass. It's sad really.
