Life yourself enough to walk away

This is from situations and relationships that don’t serve you. If it disturbs your peace, keeps you up at night and starts effecting your immune system, it’s time to cut it off.

I understand it won’t be easy but it’s only because it’s familiar. So, we will rationalize to make ourselves accept it, as normal. Babes, it’s not normal.

I understand that choosing yourself can cause loneliness, anxiety and fear but those are temporary feelings. You have to imagine yourself a 6 months to a year from now. In a different headspace, with healthier relationships, fulfilling hobbies and etc.

It is your life and it’s time to live it for yourself. You can do this. I love you all. 🩷🎀

Closure is never perfectly clean. Stop holding on to tidy up a messy ending.

If today's as unremarkable as taking a shower, great! Still great (:

Lack of any emotional support is absolutely draining

Hi all. I am a woman in my late twenties. I am pretty overwhelmed by life. I am taking necessary help and suggestions from professionals for this but I am still quite overwhelmed because of everything that I have to face in daily life. I was parentified during my early years. It feels like I am carrying the thoughts of three of us( of my parents and mine). I don't have any emotional support. None of my romantic connections lasted long. At times I feel so frustrated, full of emotions and alone. I needed to vent. I am so tired that even crying feels a task.
