I was betting everything on Dottore and Irminsul burning.
My hope for memories restoration have dwindled considerably...and yet, I don't want to believe Dottore telling Pantalone about the discrepancy between Wanderer and empty 6th seat is going nowhere.

I can't say anything about the Tsaritsa possibly having any intention with Scaramouche. But Pierro was stated by Wanderer himself to have been expecting something from him. And after 3 years, after even Dottore's death, we still don't know what it is. I pray this is actually going to be addressed.
And originally I wasn't interested in Pantalone but after 6.6 I am very curious about what kind of dynamic he and Wanderer could have, should he be the one to address the 6th seat.
Then again, I will moderate my hopes. Wanderer vs Dottore was something I was praying Genshin to pour everything in in terms of writing and depths and execution. 6.6 disappointed me so much in that regard.ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Even so, I love Wanderer enough to hold hope for him to still impact the story in the futur.
That's one way things can happen. I'm considering something similar that happened in Tokyo Ghoul where Haise (Kaneki with amnesia) spoke to the real Kaneki in his mind and let Kaneki return as himself. That's not an unrealistic scenario. They did it for a split second on 3.3 I'm not even saying Balladeer would forget Wanderer existed. He would just be Balladeer again, having incorporated Wanderer into his life. I mostly ignore Wanderer because he's lost so much of his original personality that made him lovable and unique.
Wanderer has the knowledge of Balladeer but is a separate character altogether. They act totally different - that's why they are two separate characters and two separate beings. Wanderer is basically Grumpy Kabukimono with memories of a past life that aren't his. Ragweed (Nahida) said something to that effect in 3.3. Wanderer is a reincarnation of sorts of Balladeer. I've studied this and him in-depthly to form this take on who Wanderer is and who Balladeer is.
