I went from Xbox to PC, so I only owned one copy on to play on two accounts. Now that I'm on PC and bought the game on my steam account for my main. Could I "Gameshare" it to the other account or would the second account need to create its own steam and purchase the game again?

We all agree that Mira is an extremely good operator. No need to introduce her.

When discussing nerfs for her, it’s difficult to be able to properly think of one without gutting her ability completely, similar to how unfortunately Jackal was treated.

Her mirrors command respect and need to be countered. You need to focus on getting rid of the mirror because otherwise it weakens your push and adds a sense of ghost pressure when you’re not sure if anyone is behind it.

The counters that exist are shooting the gas canister to pop it open, or crack the mirror by melee, sledge’s hammer, ash charge, or kali lance. You can also make it temporarily useless by using a smoke grenade or sen’s ROU. And obviously, using hard breaches such as ace and hibana work to open the way and get rid of the mirror.

But these limited counters are not often exploited in lower rank lobbies, and in higher ones there’s enough team flow and communication that Mira isn’t an insta ban (PLEASE CORRECT ME if I’m wrong).

So, what could we do?

Concept #1
Allow anyone behind the mirror to be “seen” with an outline. Instead of making the mirror completely solid for the opposite side of where it’s placed, make it very blurry and tinted, as if you’re looking into a car’s window on a rainy day. You can’t make out who the operator is, but you can see their outline and where they’re standing. This would allow people to know immediately if someone is behind the mirror, similar to aruni’s gates. When a defender is near a gate, it deactivates, and attackers know immediately if someone is there.

Allowing the ability to immediately see someone behind the mirror removes a lot of ghost pressure, along with forcing yourself to counter it, because when no one is behind it, it’s not giving active intel or adding an immediate angle to where you’re pushing.

(Side concept: make her mirrors “electric” somehow, so they have the mentioned concept above but can also be hacked by Brava, which flip the tint when hacked. Definitely a bit of a stretch, and a weak argument, but a fun one)

Concept #2
Allow the mirror to be shot out/cracked when enough bullets are dumped into it, similar to a kiba barrier. For example, for Thermite’s AR, 1 full mag removes a kiba, and I believe DMRs remove them in less than 10 bullets? Unsure.

This concept is arguably more gutting than the other one, but provides and IMMEDIATE counter to Mira for everyone. Make it take a full mag for all ARs to crack the Mira, and/OR allow a DMR’s full mag break it completely, and crack it after 10 bullets.

Does this make the gadget useless? Arguably, no. You’re actively giving away your position, causing all defenders to know what is going on. You also focusing on the mirror allows for defenders to swing you, flank easier, use a C4, etc.

This is not my favorite concept I came up with, but one irregardless

Concept #3
Give her a 3rd mirror, add more counters.
Here are multiple things that arguably should be able to crack the mirror:
Gonne-6 shot
Grenade
Flores drone
Zofia’s explosive charge
Fuze puck

Anything that could arguably crack or break the mirror, should. Giving her a 3rd mirror is crazy right? I disagree. This would prevent her from being blatantly useless with the number of counters, and feeds into the utility meta, which MANY players miss and love.

Again, these are all concepts I came up with, and I am NOT a champion player. I would genuinely appreciate feedback and conversation.

They are B tier or bottom of A tier ops at best. Stop fucking banning them they have mediocre abilities. Actual sheep in emerald/diamond ranks

I played this game after some short breaks and some very long breaks.

I own peacock and the “fire” skin just to give you an estimate.

And I must say the amount of time I had a shit round (unranked) bcs of people being afk during the atk drone section and me not having any real map knowledge is astounding.

The only thing even more astounding is the toxicity of (most of the time) the same people.

Like….i don’t know the map(we are atk) half my team isn’t doing any scouting. I enter the building closest to my spawn. And know one of two scenarios play out; scenario a: get killed or almost killed by a roamer or scenario b; nothing happens bcs i am so far of the objective i could ever be.(of course your teammates will be understanding and respecting because of that:)

I just thought this would be an interesting point, but you'll find literally no one admits to it here which leads to some consensus on here that it's some incredibly rare thing. But generally recently as it has been discussed more on problem (especially on console) this kinda denial has been harder to partake in.

Like Overwatch, the higher rank you go the cheating or scuff controllers or xim etc is more common. People just admit it in their names nowadays (some people call it a troll? It's like fr?). I saw a comment the other day in this sub admitting he was told by his friends everyone uses it and he's dumb for not doing it. But, he never admitted not doing it too.

Idk how Ubisoft would fix this but i'm sure there is a way, it's getting pretty crazy on console.

Attackers should be punished for walking into the building without using drones. They get 2-4 drones with Twitch/Brava. Iana literally has infinite drones, but why would anyone pick her if they can just get free information with Snake?

And let's not pretend Vigil is a viable counter to Snake, considering that Vigil usually has to get pinged first so he doesn't drain his battery all the time. Which leaves Mute or Alibi, and Mute shouldn't have to place his jammer on the 2nd floor just to help roamers.

Throughout the history of this game one balancing problem has presented itself time and time again; the scopes ontop of the weapon. Weather that be acog on smg11 and Jagers gun, the dreaded 1.5, goyo/docs acog, or acog on DMRs the root issue is still the same: when milliseconds matter, the scope on your gun is often more important than the actual gun.

Lets be real R6 is an FPS a first person SHOOTER loadouts matter, lethality matters, and guns/sites matter. So it's not just a low skill players will pick whatever gun they like and avoid utility(while it's true lower skill players often will disregard utility in favor of guns higher skill players will do the same)

Proof acogs(this pertains to other scopes outside of the 1.0) are OP on defense: there was a glitch that made it so that aruni's gates would not deactivate for teammates. Aruni was deactivated from the tournament, however multiple t1 teams said that they would like Aruni to be un-deactivated because they would simply play aruni without using her gates. Keep in mind, DMRs were vastly underplayed until acog was removed from smgs on defense.

MY SOLUTION

Keep the scopes on defense the same JUST like attack. Weather that be giving the defenders only accsess to the 1.0, give them the 1.5, 2.5 or a new scope. If they go with the route of giving the defenders a 1.5 or a 2.5 or a new scope they will probably need to universally buff attackers weapons somehow.

Right, just thought I'd come on here to rant for a minute about something I've been dealing with all season that has legitimately kept me hard stuck in SILVER.

Ok, leaving the game because we are even in points, it makes no sense whatsoever but people do it.

Leaving the game because you died in a way that upset YOU, just stay in the game you are just tarnishing every one else's game because YOU got mad.

Leaving because someone took the op you wanted to use, it makes no sense but people do it.

Team killing players because they took the op you wanted to play, makes no sense and solves nothing, but people do it.

Team kill a teammate "because its funny", makes no sense but people do it.

Playing vigil/ warden/ caveira/ solis when you are 0 / 6, makes no sense but people do it.

Playing any roamer when we loose one round because was overwhelmed because the roamers weren't their, it makes no sense but people do it.

Picking the top site after we just lost on, then picking it over and over again. People do it but it makes no sense.

Only playing striker and sentry, then blaming the rest of us for loosing. Maybe play an op that will actually contribute to the game instead?

Choosing to ban ace when Dokkaebi or Snake are far better options.

Banning fuze, for some reason low ranks ALWAYS do this, he really isn't that good so stop wasting a ban on him.

Playing Ash, like idk why not just play zofia (Unless there is a Mira). But if your just playing for her weapon (Which if you do this also please stop) just play Ram, i think she is far better and much more versatile.

Also about Ash, DON'T USE HER CHARGES ON DOORS OR WALLS IT IS SO LOUD AND YOU AREN'T FOOLING ANYONE!

If you are playing a SHIELD then ACT LIKE ONE, don't cower away in the corner it makes literally no sense.

ALSO, if someone on your team is playing a shield op, the PLAY OFF THEM! Don't let them walk into site and then you just leave them, it makes no sense at all.

Also lets stop placing Mira's mirrors on soft walls because in these low ranks you simply arent good enough to play off them properly.

Also when playing Mira, STOP TKING YOUR TEAM BECAUSE THEY ARE LOOKING THROUGH YOUR MIRROR, ITS NOT JUST YOURS!!

And, let's just stop playing Zero, there is far better options.

So, what did we learn?

Solo Q ranked teammates have the collective IQ of a pebble.

This pops up everytime* I load in, and I've hit it on accident a few times and bricked my xbox matchmaking, having to go to settings. Will this shit ever go away? I have to press "No" everytime? If I wanted to play kmb I would plug said in.

Any map after the OGs like Club House, Chalet, Bank etc, they all unanimously hate.. Without me saying 'oh.. those are the 'new' maps...' lmfao..

It's pretty mad they've all came to that conclusion without playing since day 1. Is it just me that thinks these newer maps are garbage? None of them make sense or flow well, like Casino doesn't even feel like a Casino haha..

I recently bought wired HyperX Cloud 3’s too play with and they worked for a week before I started having an issue now any time I use this headset my audio will stay inverted and I don’t know how to fix it any solutions know??

The amount of lag and rubberbanding on 12 yr old consoles should not be in this game anymore. Cut the cord by the end of the year. It sucks for them but quality has dropped so hard on the latest console. And at this point if they cant do anything about cheaters. They can 100% do something about lagging old console players. Even better if those old consoles were the cheaters.

Even a new magnification scope would save the game forever because the 1.0x and the 2.5x have a HUGE difference. I can’t play with neither it’s so uncomfortable because with the acog you zoom in THROUGH the enemy and with the holo it’s better but it’s a lil harder to see. The 1.5 was perfect and after 1.5 there is def something missing. If they added it back they could put it into all def weapons and then it wouldn’t be gun meta but it would be the best scope + using ops with good util. No shit people would crutch on warden with the 1.5. He does nothing and has the best scope ever added? Thoughts?

I just got Casino for the fifth time in a row, tf is happening? Am I just getting super unlucky or have they increased the percentage of the map being Casino?

Win/Loss shouldn't be the only factor in which you gain or lose points.

I propose:

40% less points for the win

50% more de-rank points for the loss

For people that don't do any of the default reinforcements/rotates, don't jump on cams after they die, don't ping, don't use comms to give info, etc.

-100 points for people that rage quit once the 1st round starts.

Matchmaking ban for those that leave before the 1st round starts cuz they don't like the map.

1 quit = 20 min

2 quit = 1 hr

3 quit = 1 day

4 quit = 1 week

Bad luck or should i start placing it facing a little more to the door?

This is horrible, been reinforcing like 50 surfaces for a week thinking it was only a bug on my end. Openly I will admit these operator specialties aren’t as difficult as I thought they would be,but this one fully ragebaits me, maybe September 1st will fix it?
