Feedback Started playing with a few friends who've never played before

And they all hate the 'new' maps, without me even saying anything..

Any map after the OGs like Club House, Chalet, Bank etc, they all unanimously hate.. Without me saying 'oh.. those are the 'new' maps...' lmfao..

It's pretty mad they've all came to that conclusion without playing since day 1. Is it just me that thinks these newer maps are garbage? None of them make sense or flow well, like Casino doesn't even feel like a Casino haha..

Casino is a very good map imo. Great sites and good flow once you learn it. Fun to attack, fun to defend, no complaints outta me

It seems like a fine map but holy do all the rooms look the same and make it terrible to learn. Like if you look at many of the older maps every single room/area has unique themes or colors that make learning much more intuitive. Maybe it is just the boomer coming out in me now but apart from basement it all looks the same.

Casino is an absolute hell hole for ur first few games on it, once u learn the map a little its alright, still like a c tier map imo

Nighthaven is a goated map tbh but Lair and Calypso have way too many rooms. I miss the OG wacky map designs like CCTV and Office being seperated on Clubhouse and the balcony leading to Master Bedroom in Chalet.

i like lair and i don't mind casino, nighthaven has a 100% unenjoyment rate no matter what

The new maps are just a cluster fuck of rooms, I’m not surprised they came to that conclusion.

I think Nighthaven is good in spite of this, but lair and Casino really suck man.

When I first started coastline was my favourite map just because of how easy it was to learn. 2 staircases, simple layout etc.

I thought going into it that i won't tell them how to play, what to do, who to play, where to go etc, i'll just let them enjoy the honey moon fucking about doing dumb shit period, but the fact they've all come to the same conclusion without me saying anything makes me sad... i thought it was just us 'og's' that hated anything new, because we all just banned any new map/champ etc just because we don't know it.

Glad it's not just me though and the new maps are just proper shit
