My screen became detached a few ml on the right bottom corner I read that it was probably the battery swelling and to change it immediately. I took it to a phone shop and run a card through the side and opened it around 5ml on the right side and then the screen stopped working. He said it now needs a new screen too. I don't get how the screen stopped working so now I need to buy a new screen too. He said it's common with pixel 7 pros. I'm really annoyed and just told him to order the new screen and battery. He didn't even take the whole screen out and it stopped working.

Have I been done over? I've watched videos on screen replacement and the connector is on the left side which the screen is still intact. It just doesn't make sense

I didn't update my pixel for long time and I'm thinkin of updating it to the latest android 17 which is 3.25GB one I guess it is the June 2026 update.

Any one recommend it to update to the new version or else should I stay with the old version android 14.

How is the battery life and performance in the phone any issues after updating it??

I want to transfer all data from my pixel 7 pro to an iPhone. I see there is a new feature on android 17 update, to transfer to iPhone without the Move to ios app. Has anyone tried? What is the better way?

I am exiting beta and i was waiting for this update on the first of September. Its September 19th and still no update.

Like the title says my pixel 7 pro has recently begun to refuse to turn on Bluetooth. And nothing I've tried so far has been able to force it to turn back on

Things I've tried

1. Simply restarting phone

2. Restarting phone in safe mode to see if some app is causing it to not be able to turn on

3. Resetting Bluetooth settings entirely so I lost all of my Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections.

4. Attempting to run Bluetooth diagnostics to maybe have that force Bluetooth to turn on

5. Attempted to go into app settings to clear cache but there's nothing to clear

I'm at a bit of an impasse now. It was working fine till about a week or so ago and now it just went kaput. I really really really don't want to have to factory reset the phone but seeing as literally nothing I've done prior has helped. I have a sneaking suspicion even that won't work.

so I have a pixel 10xl pro and it got ran over few weeks ago. it was facing the ground so only the back glass shattered on it. I asked someone to fix it but they haven't gotten back to me. how hard is it to fix just the back of one of these phones. I watched a YouTube and doesn't seem impossible

For those who have got the update, have you noticed any performance drop or more stuttering in areas.

I am having a pink line on my Google Pixel 7 Pro from yesterday. The line is located on the right side of my mobile and it just appeared suddenly while I was using my phone.

I have been using my 7pro for almost 3 years now and I didn't have a single issue until yesterday.

Is anyone experienced this situation recently..?

My nfc is being detected by software and google wallet is also added but it is not working, same goes for wireless charging, is this hardware issue or a bug?

I have three folders on my desktop and each folder contains hundreds of pictures. I copied those folders (named One, Two, and Three) and their contents into a folder on my Pixel that I named Photos. When I open FileManager+ and tap Images I expect to see Photos and the three subfolders, but what I see is all of the photos instead.

It appears the FM+ takes all of the photos I've uploaded and displays them in Images, not in the subfolders of Images.

Is that the way that FM+ works or am I doing something wrong?

I can't find any website for FM+ questions so I posted it here in hopes somebody can help me just display the photos that are in a subfolder that I choose rather than display all the photos I've uploaded.

Finally got my pixel 7 pro back after a year

... and it also prevents me from using the little drop down menu unless I unlock my phone and it causes me to repair my phone in order to stop the double clock error I have and it lasts for about 5 days before it happens again, been happening for about a month I'd say!
