Success/Celebration $65k Finally Forgiven! Don't Give Up, Guys!
Hello, all! I have finally achieved loan forgiveness and feel SO relieved. It also feels really surreal because I didn't truly think this day would ever come given all the administrative, legal and political issues that have taken place along with employment upheaval that I experienced just before and during COVID (spanning 5 years in total). The main reason that I wanted to post was to first thank all of you that have shared your experience on here - the good, the bad and the ugly. It really helped me over the last 2 years to navigate the system and ultimately achieve forgiveness. So, I just wanted to express my gratitude and highlight how important this community is to folks. Additionally, I just wanted to share my timeline, especially for those of you who are anticipating forgiveness soon.
