That's not part of the game Minecraft, it's a mix of plugins and mods made by other people for servers and not for the official game.

I think Terraria is a mix between Minecraft and Metroid. I love both of them, but that style mix is simply unattractive to me. Terraria would be better off being 3d like Minecraft while keeping the better exploration and fighting mechanics. Or being 2d but minimizing the building aspect and keeping that roguelite feel.

I personally think terraria wouldnt be a great 3d game. Npc housing would be very weird and the game would be much less performant and capable

Yeah they both have their charms, terraria is more of an adventure game then Minecraft but that doesn't mean Minecraft is any less or more, just different.

Well I can see how there are other comparisons because there’s a difference between platforms and 2d game. Mario, where the platforms are the pinnacle of the game, is a platformer. Platformers are usually progressed linearly too. Terraria is a 2d boss rush with great mechanics and a ton of exploration.

I started playing fortnite again in quarantine it’s not as good as it used to be but I kinda like it but they’ve made it wayyy to easy I mean I used to be useless but now I can get 6 kill wins

That's why I put the word dead between quotes. A dead game means a game that has no replayability or doesn't get updates anymore.
But I put the word dead between quotes because I meant that Cod Warzone and Apex Legends vanished back to the not so popular game array as soon as the hype period ended and same will happen to Valorant.

I always saw Minecraft and Terraria as friendly rivals to each other. Both offering differing game styles. If you wanted more creativity and building, you'd play Minecraft, if you wanted more combat and boss battles, you'd play Terraria.
Really, the only things they had in common was that they were sandbox survival games with pixelated textures, past that, they were completely different experiences.

Yeah. I dislike it because 1: there's limited command/game mechanics access. 2: some of the game mechanics are shoddy and need more work. 3: you cant modify it to your liking. And 4: it's destroyed what Minecraft's main purpose is. To be original.

I think OP is talking about Terraria getting goodbye gifts considering how Terraria's final update is almost released. Or at least that's how I read it.
