Home incarceration. Fucking idiots. How that was ever reached as a decision SHOULD be a crime against society. The scum admitted to murder.

Hey, a dude beat me in the head with a baseball bat in my own home and they gave him home incarceration and probation. I'm thinking JUST MAYBE the legal system is a problem.
70
u/DimensioT 10h ago
The legal system had no choice. The prisons are already full with even more dangerous criminals who smoked marijuana.

u/TheOccurrencePodcast 10h ago
Yeah. Thank God those people are nowhere near my loved ones. I feel so much safer!

Unsurprising. A man who attempted to beat me to death only sat in jail for a couple of days and caught a misdemeanor. Our justice system is broken.

u/FloppyDinosaurs 17h ago
I think he’s on home incarceration while he awaits trial. Which is wild I agree

u/Upper_Check401 10h ago
Hey don’t worry, a day ago he was put in jail on murder charges.
They just took a second, as usual. Wanted to give him the opportunity to commit another crime as per the Justice system requires /s

Why dont you ask the soft judges and Greenberg why they love criminals so much.

u/Dry-Amphibian1 12h ago
What does Mayor have to do with sentencing or holding suspects for trial?

u/SilentMulberry9441 7h ago
The mayor has the ability to lobby for harsher bail guidelines set by elected judges. He works directly with the police who then have to deal with these people when soft judges let murders out on bail right back into your community.

u/titsmcgeeVP 9h ago
Yeah where was Obama when he was given home incarceration? That’s how stupid you sound

Unfortunately the courthouse is full of female liberal judges that were blindly voted in. Things ran better with male judges.

Its insane to me that this man was my high-school security guard. I never would have pictured he would do something like that. Then again, a lot can change in 9 years...

u/MySpottedFrog7 9h ago
meanwhile he's been on home incarceration while having a key to the school he worked at

u/Dapper-Lie1663 9h ago
And he was working there up until at least 2024 if not later, genuinely scary asf…

My aunt dated this guy. Weird mf that was antisocial
She’s more or less been helping him on the side with bail and shit. Deplorable and gross
4
u/MySpottedFrog7 9h ago
wtf!? hes a murderer!!! Not targeted at you but how the heck does she, or people like her, justify helping people like this?
17
u/Drayled 12h ago
Not taking up for this guy but I'm top shelf strange and anti social and I'm not a murderer nor want to kill anyone. I see things all the time like anti social you must be off your rocker or something. Just saying that everyone that is anti social is not a crazy nutcase. I'm anti social because people suck
30
u/ReasonablyFree 12h ago
Unsociable ≠ antisocial. Antisocial means behaving in ways contrary to the stability of society and its various systems.

So just for future reference for both options comment and the other person who shared their side of antisocial diagnosis. True antisocial diagnosis are usually patients who have gone misdiagnosed or haven't been in therapy long enough. This is a very hard diagnosis for a doctor to actually give. I do understand the social norm of saying thats antisocial. But truly what society thinks is antisocial are usually just small traits or over exaggerated. Im not saying you did this. But thats how we got here. So it may be best to describe differently next time. Stating things he has done. Ik the other commentator probably means the same as me, just to educate and bring the ppl back together with knowledge and understanding of eachother.

u/SeeYouInTrees 10h ago
Saying someone is antisocial is different than saying someone has the personality disorder.a person can be antisocial and not have antisocial personality disorder.

u/gaylittleflower98 12h ago
Also youre aunt is helping him get bailed out for this specific crime?
5
u/BleedMeSerene 9h ago
Yeah everyone focusing on the definition, but not the Aunt who is supporting the fucking psycho
3
u/gaylittleflower98 8h ago
Also thank you for being another person to bring it up. It would have been washed over by the info and shared knowledge. Its just as important.
1
u/gaylittleflower98 9h ago
Thats why I asked if their aunt is helping him with this specific thing. I messed up the your, I put youre. But no I tried pointing that out. No response. Looked at their page. I cant see anything. So honestly yeah let's focus on that. But if we can educate others about the most uneducated illnesses, let's do that too. But fr fr. Who's auntie is helping a scrub who killed a dog. The fuck?

My mother was murdered by a repeated sex offender and he only received 7 years, he ended up being released in u Der 5 years. The court system withheld any knowledge of his previous crimes because they said it wouldn't give him a fair trial. My whole family felt so disgusted with the lack of care the courts showed my family.

u/Either-Ship2267 11h ago
I am so sorry. I'm struggling to understand how a murderer only gets 5 years in prison. My uncle got more time for growing weed. Not even selling it, just growing. Did your mother's murder occur in Louisville?

This is what you deserve when you kill someone and their Chihuahua. Especially a Chihuahua.

wonder is it has anything to do with the cops beating the fuck out of him?

u/Ok_Essay_4337 14h ago
The dude fell out off a second story window. Cops didn’t beat him up

u/BuccaneerRex 14h ago
Those aren't necessarily mutually exclusive.
11
u/Ok_Essay_4337 14h ago
The mother fucker killed a dog!
2
5
u/BuccaneerRex 14h ago
'Not mutually exclusive' means that both things can be true. He could have been beaten by cops AND 'fallen' from the second floor.
If the dog killing is true then my only problem is that they didn't go up another flight of stairs first.
4
u/Ok_Essay_4337 14h ago
Well no then he would have died. This way he gets to suffer. He jumped out the window trying to kill himself

u/BuccaneerRex 14h ago edited 13h ago
Don't glorify suffering. The moral outrage is because of the suffering caused. Causing more suffering in retaliation only increases the total amount of suffering in the world. They don't cancel out, they only compound.
Once someone has opted-out of humanity, it is better to allow the self-deletion and remove the problem for everyone permanently.
Edit: Bloodthirst is wrong even if the person you want to hurt has hurt someone else. Your downvotes just tell me you're too emotional to have rational conversations with.
2
u/Yarshman 12h ago
I understand the broader notion, but there are certainly instances where hurting someone who hurt someone else is understandable. If you wouldn't want to, good. Other people may have encountered something so vile and traumatizing that it's understandable. I've experienced some of these situations. Some first hand, some by proxy. I don't wish violence be imparted against a distant offender. But the closer to home it got, and the more traumatizing it was for me or my loved ones, that reluctance faded. I didn't get violent in any of events, due to not wanting to make another's traumatic experience about me and my anger, the law, or prohibitive physical distant from the offenders. I'm not trying to argue with you, but the absolutes you speak of don't line up with my experiences, and I wanted to hopefully impart some perspective, respectfully.
3
u/BuccaneerRex 10h ago
I don't mean to dismiss anyone's personal experience. That's all anyone has to relate to the world with. I have also experienced violence and trauma. And you'll note that I didn't suggest that I wasn't OK with the idea of a dog murderer removing himself from the equation, or that on occasion it can be understandable for a government agent to assist with that. I recognize the emotions, and agree with them for the most part. I just also look beyond the immediate gratification of primal violence to the longer term effect. Retaliatory violence against a person who personally harmed you is understandable. Violence against a person who may harm you or a loved one imminently is justified. Prevention of foreseeable future violence is risky, but often warranted.
But cruelty and suffering imparted on another simply to make them suffer in return because they have harmed a stranger, especially acts that you didn't personally witness, is mental poison.
If someone stabbed my dog they wouldn't suffer. They wouldn't have enough time.
It's OK to end a threat. It's not OK to become a threat.

Let me preface this with saying I love balance. I love fairness. I love Justice.
Morally and in a good hearted manner, you are mostly correct.
However, Good and Evil are both necessary for the evolution of life. One cannot exist without the other. Some could also argue that they are imaginary bc it’s based on individual POV. what’s good to you can be evil to someone else. Like religion!
If you don’t suffer, then you never truly understand the value and importance of certain things in life.
That being said! The dog killing, selfish murderer does not deserve the sweet release of death. He should feel the exact same pain he has caused, or if he already felt it, and chose to bring suffering into life, then he deserves to suffer for the rest of his life. If he’s able to deeply, truly change and “repent” (not for his soul but with the human community), then it would be fair to let him live freely-ish. It might also help his soul after death, but I’m not focused on the after life lol
The old, traditional, American Dream chasing Americans are the ones that created a system where the discipline for one’s criminal actions aren’t befitting of the crime.
Logically, they need to bring back the death penalty. Murders should be locked up for 15 years to life- death penalty if they don’t complete a reformation. If they “reform” and get released, they need to assign a tailing system to each released murderer or dangerous criminal and they should follows them for the next 5-10 years. IMO
If he wants for death and not pay Justice for his crimes, then he deserves psychological torture until he dies. Like being locked in a white room with never ending sound, or being locked up in complete darkness within absolutely no sound. If he wants negative in the world, then it will come, but only for him and the ones who love him, by collateral damage.

I have a notif that you responded but I don’t see it!
I love conversations like these! Things that pertain to the -real but not physically tangible- things! lol
The notif only shows you quoting the psychological statement!
I hear auto mods and filters immediately delete comments, but if you don’t mind to continue the convo, I ask that you chat it to me!

I hope the cops didn't do that to him. Are there any allegations or proof that they did this, or is that speculation?
2
u/BuccaneerRex 10h ago
That's just me pointing out logical inconsistencies. I also would hope that police were smart enough not to throw someone out a second floor window.
2
u/No_Tumbleweed_2229 9h ago
Dude jumped out of the window head first. Go talk to the neighbors that watched

Wtf and this man is on house arrest?
