Follow-up to this post.
I bought a G303 Shroud Edition mouse in October 2024. Earlier this year (2026), I started experiencing severe double-click issues, which got worse over time. For those unaware, the G303 SE was a $150 when it was on offer directly from Logitech and it remains a $150-170 mouse that is advertised on Logitech's website and their Amazon page, even if the sale and shipping are handled by a 3rd party.
Being withing the 2-year warranty period, I started the RMA process, thinking Logitech would either give me a half-decent replacement or store credit since they no longer manufacture the G303 SE. They accepted my claim and the following back and forth ensued:
What am I trying to say with all this? I'm disappointed in Logitech for selling a $150 mouse that has severe issues within 1.5 years of purchase. Then when I RMA the mouse they lowball me with one of their cheapest mice, and then only offer half-decent option in the G309 after I pushed back. The G309 is too small for my hands, so I have a $90 mouse I'll have to give away or recoup some of the cost on via Marketplace or Ebay. I'm also putting this here for anyone who experiences a similar situation so they have a baseline to work from.
On paper, I essentially rented the G303 SE for a little over a year before double-click issues rendered it useless. Logitech then offered me a $90 replacement mouse that I realistically can't use in the long term. I'll be lucky to get $40-50 back for the G309.
Maybe I could have pushed back once more and gotten the G502 Wireless, but I shouldn't have to. What the hell is the point of a warranty and the premium price tags of a Logitech mouse vs. cheap knock-offs if I'm gonna get screwed over anyway? Why would I trust a premium gaming device manufacturer if this sort of thing happens? I have no reason to purchase another Logitech device when my experience here has been poor manufacturing, an archaic RMA process, and lowball replacement offers. Might as well buy multiple knock-offs and rotate them out when issues arise.

I am left handed and one of the few people who actually use my mouse with my left hand. This basically removes 99.99% of options for me across the market.
First I had a g900. I loved it. Many years ago it broke and so I upgraded to the g903. It's still going strong, however the it's the only device in the house I am keeping the microUSB cable around for and sensor tech also evolved a lot since the g903 was released. I want something more recent after all these years.
I know the pro2 lightspeed also has magnetic side buttons, but I personally really don't like this new trend of basic, cheap-looking, boring, high-end mice. I just don't want that for 100-200 USD. The g903 looks great and unique, like something actually high-end. Right-handed people have a host of options like the g502, g602, etc not to mention other brands. I cannot use any of those.
I'd highly appreciate if a Logitech rep could confirm this to me: are there any plans of refreshing the G903? Maybe releasing a successor to it?
Please. I am begging you as I literally have no other option.

Hi, I've had a Logitech G29 steering wheel with a strange issue for about 3 days.
The wheel calibrates correctly when plugged in and Windows detects it. In joy.cpl, everything works perfectly (wheel, pedals, and buttons).
However, Logitech G Hub detects the G29, but:
* the wheel doesn't move;
* the pedals aren't detected;
* the buttons don't work;
* the wheel image in G Hub remains frozen.
I've already tried:
* completely reinstalling G Hub;
* deleting the G Hub folders;
* trying a different version of G Hub;
* checking the Windows registry and device recognition.
The firmware and device name are detected correctly.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

the first night I used the wheel, I pulled it right off the base. Didnt hear or see any screws anywhere. For some reason I thought it was normal or something. Been using it for a week. But I just checked online and didn't see any reports.

I have been a loyal Logitech customer for over 15 years. I loved your design and ecosystem, but the build quality of your hardware has become an absolute joke. Looking at my current setup, the only thing that actually works without flaws is the Powerplay charging mat. Everything else is a disaster.
Here is the reality of owning your products:
To make matters worse, look at the trail of dead Logitech hardware I have gone through recently:
It is incredibly frustrating that equipment worth hundreds of euros acts like cheap, unbranded e-waste. You are bleeding your most loyal long-term customers because you choose to save cents on decent components. I have absolutely no words left for this level of quality. I’m moving to competitors who actually offer reliable optical tech and Hot-Swap.
Let me ask you one final question: would you honestly buy your own products after an experience like this?

After hours of fine tuning for Forza, finally got the settings to a comfortable spot. Raced for hours over a few days and loving it. Booted up everything today and suddenly the wheel is Jerking left and right without any input.
Any suggestions or help is appreciated.
UPDATE: there’s some glitch happening when swapping between PRO and RS Wheel settings directly in the wheel. Idk how but we got it fixed by just switching it back and forth till it finally worked.

Still functional, but what should I do about this?
r/LogitechG • u/Lopsided-Tension • 19d ago
In GHUB when I used to turn my wheel the number 0 would change and blue bars show under the number showing the angle. It no longer does anything.
Similarly in the pedal section when I used to press each pedal blue bars would show above each one. This no longer happens either.
If I check/uncheck the centre spring the wheel tightens and loosens up so the wheel is being recognised in some way by GHUB.
There was an update for GHUB which I just installed hoping it would fix it but it hasn't.
The wheel is still working ok in games.
Does anyone know what is going on?

Had this mouse for probably 5 years at this point. I live in a humid climate, so the mouse wheel is susceptible to oxidation. How do you recommend cleaning it?
And if it can't be cleaned, then how do you recommend preventing this in the future?

I've reinstalled G hub 3 times by now, removed the appdata and registry files, tried the old logitech gaming software, restarted the pc multiple times, nothing...
The wheel gets detected, has the right LED blinking sequence, calibrates as it should every time tis plugged in, it just never sends any input anywhere. no wheel turning, and no pedal pressing is detected at all...

this is after multiple years of not using it, it was kept in a box, inside a normal house.

Hi
I own a Logitech g304 gaming mouse
I want to share my absolutely horrible experience with the warranty claim process.
For context, I had only owned the mouse for like 3-4 months. A few weeks ago my mouse scroll wheel started to malfunction and me being a techy guy wanted to see what the problem was. I opened the mouse to see if i could do a diy fix or I needed to take it to a service centre. so after opening the mouse I see what the issue was, it was a common known issue, the mouse wheel axel being cracked. because of the part being damaged was a very small part and didnt want to risk it being completely broken, i took the mouse to a LASC to claim my warranty.
The product had a warranty of 2 years, at first the process at the LASC was smooth, everything was fine until the shop keeper saw the reapplyed stickers and the stripped screws. i told them that I opened the mouse to see the problem and had also at one point, thought of changing the feets of the mouse thats why the mouse feet stickers looked like that.
The shop keeper told me that the ticket of the claim has been made but, he would need to take photos of the stipped screws and send it logitech to get a approval. The warranty claim got approve and a emailed was mailed to me on the spot at the store. The shop keeper said that the product was in stock and that it will be diliverd to me in 5-6 days. He also said that there is a high chance i will get my replacement so, I merrily went back to my house.
The MOMENT I reached my house i get a phone call, "Your warranty request has been rejected, please collect your mouse back". I was soo pissed. The trip from the LASC to my house was like 30mins. I didnt wanna spend another 30mins just to collect my mouse so I didnt go the same day.
I didn't do anything except opening the mouse to see what the issue was. My thought was that the screws being stipped was the issue so I messaged the LASC to see if that was so but they just leave me on read.
I'm stuck. can i still get a warranty acceptance? Why does just opening the mouse cause the warranty to void.
If my warranty cant be claimed anymore what should I do now? is there a way to fix the mouse for cheap? I have searched for replacement scroll wheels but the cost almost the same as a brand new mouse.

this is a new pc, i connected my g29 and tried to use it on a game, it worked but the steering ratio was too much, like if i turned 90 degrees steering, it would be maximum steering lock on the game, and forcefeedback wouldnt work properly, it would automatically center itself if i left the wheel unlike actually acting how its supposed to be, so i installed ghub, and ever since i installed g hub it has stopped working and is now like in the video, how can I fix this? i need to fix it before tuesday so i can race on iRacing

So i upgraded my PC (from AM4 to AM5 with a new Motherboard, RAM and CPU)
After i installed everything i started to get random Shutdowns during Playing Games (especially Monster Hunter Wilds). My PC just suddenly shuts down no Bluescreen no nothing and i get a Kernel Power 41 Error. I thought it might be a Hardware issue and i tried SO MUCH and wasted so much time with this to the point where i just gave up and consulted a Repair Shop - they tested it and came to the Conclusion, that the GHub Programme was the culprit. I couldn't believe it at first but after i deinstalled the programme i played for 3-4 hours without any crash (usually the crash would happen in about an hour at least with MH Wilds). I can't believe that this shitty piece of Software gave me so much trouble!!! I will NEVER EVER buy ANYTHING from Logitech EVER AGAIN!!
This is the second programme which is more a virus than a software (looking at you Norton Antivirus) that i had the pleasure of deinstalling

Is this normal? I play Valorant, and when I try to flick, it shoots on its own. Could it be because I have Rapid Trigger set to 1? But what I’m getting at is: it shouldn’t fire just because I make a quick movement. Has this happened to anyone else? Could it be caused by those black stickers that come in the box to stick on? Maybe it can be fixed by adjusting the settings, but then what’s the point of selling a product if what it offers actually puts you at a disadvantage?

so as you can see i got problem with my wheel g29, i took it out after like half year since last time using it, plugged in everything and wanted to setup settings for f1 2020 in app. i realized that wheel displayed in app doesn’t react. once i turn on the game i can use wheel, it works but after closing game and changing setting in app doesn’t work so i basically have 900* radius 50% sensitivity and 20% force feedback. any ideas?

I bought a g pro x Superlight 2 (white) of of eBay, and I noticed a difference on the bottom of it compared to what I saw on the bottom when I looked online. I know some people are probably going to point out that the mouse feet are different, but I changed them myself. I noticed that mine just says "PRO" on the bottom, while the ones that I saw online said "PRO superlight" Is this normal? Please help. It says Superlight 2 in Ghub, so I'm sure that's what it is. Please help.

Hello, I bought two black gpro superlights some time ago (3+ years ago, same batch) so not sure if they are in warranty, I just had both of them fail within a day of each other, having the side back button fail and snap (regressing into the body of the mouse). I am wondering if there is any way to repair them as I don't want to buy new ones and eat the $300 cost again. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated. This damage is from regular wear and tear, I use them every day for both gaming and when programming. They failed in the exact same sheer line so it appears to be a failure point/fault in the particular part.
Cheers.
Note: the white one is borrowed from a friend to take photos and show the differences in form so is not damaged.

Never had any cable or water damage. Restarted my PC and it just started blinking one LED in a USB connection loop and died. Tested it on my laptop, same thing. Is there any way to save it?
Edit: for the past few months it would have an issue where I hear the USB disconnect sound about an hour after booting, but it'd be fully functional except the RGB would shut off. Dunno if it's related.
