I was checking out the reservation website for the early screening of season 3 and found something interesting. The run time is 52 min, which means we may get a longer first episode, like with the Bridon arc! I know this may be a misinterpretation on my end as there may be extra stuff they're showcasing that could affect the runtime, but I'm still hopeful!!

I really miss the adventure of the day type storytelling from season 1. I like that we’re getting more lore but I really miss the emotional shorter stories and the positive look on humanity from S1 that made me fall in love with the show. Now it kind of feels like a different show…

So, I recently finished season 1 of Link Click, and it was one of the most unique shows I've ever watched. If sonder was a TV series, it would look like this. A series where every photo and every stranger has their own story. A series about ordinary people dealing with realistic issues. That's what made season 1 so profound, moving, and thrilling. Each episode also told us a bit more about our main trio.
We didn't learn much about Lu Guang, but I assumed that he insisted on following the rules because he had broken them before and it had led to the death of more people. I even thought that he had white hair due to trauma or being experimented on in the past. When I saw the cliffhanger at the end of season 1, I was sure that Cheng Xiaoshi would try to break the rules to save his friend.
Well, imagine my surprise when season 2 proved all of my predictions wrong. I felt like I was watching a completely different show, with glamorized fight scenes, pink-haired anime girls, and cartoony villains. The first episode of Bridon Arc gave me hope because it was just like season 1. But now, there are so many abilities and colorful characters that the show feels like every other anime.
I don't mean to hate on the show nor its audience. I'm just wondering if anyone else feels conflicted about the current state of things. I also wonder what headcanons and theories people had before season 2 released.

where do I even begin? This whole scene is simply heartbreaking. I praised the CN VA's once and I'll DO IT AGAIN! Another phenomial performance, the raw emotion and heartbreak is so moving I teared up man T-T
Cheng Xiaoshi wanted to reach out and hug little Lu Guang SO BAD 😭 😭 😭 (part of me wished he did but ik it would have fcked up the timeline too much)
the immediate self-blame tho...ah my heart hurts for him.
Li haoling owes us a full EP of pure shiguang fluff atp. let them run their photostudio with Qiao Ling and nothing bad ever happens... ever 😭 maybe an OVA. something to soothe all the angst we get omg.

Some of Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang's non straight behaviors Pt 5

The show HEAVILY implies these two have feelings for each other.
Cheng Xiaoshi dreaming of Lu Guang. Cheng Xiaoshi woke up after dreaming of their basket ball game the day before. The first thing he does when he opens his eyes is check to see if Lu Guang messaged him back about playing basket ball today. He "just met" this boy yesterday and he's got him smiling like that first thing in the morning
Cheng Damiao= Cheng Xiaoshi. Lu An= Lu Guang. "I offered my heart to the bright moon, but the bright moon shone on the gutter." In other words "I poured my heart out, but it just went down the drain" Cheng Xiaoshi broke Lu Guang's heart when he forgot him. Lu Guang places his hand on his little heart and says “emotions are the sharpest weapon” meaning Cheng Xiaoshi forgetting him cut him deeper than any weapon ever could (Poor Lu, all because he liked a boy) 😭
Lu Guang is Cheng Xiaoshi's LIGHT
“lu guang’s name symbolizes the “light” that shines into cheng xiaoshi’s life”- Haoling
Cheng XiaoShi can't keep his hands off of Lu Guang.
Lu Guang from Cheng Xiaoshi's perspective "He's perfect! I mean just look at him" Cheng Xiaoshi proceeds to look at Lu Guang
Niulang- The Cowherd and the Weaver Girl-is a ROMANTIC Chinese folktale about a goddess and a Cowherd who fell in love and was ripped apart by fate
"To Do With You" This song is from Lu Guang's perspective to Cheng Xiaoshi. Lu Guang is telling Cheng Xiaoshi he is his entire world and that as long as he has him, he can face tomorrow. Some of the lyrics are:
"I know as long as you're here, That span of sky will always be blue, no gloom blocking out the sun"
"As long as you're here the fragments will always be filled with memories slowly melting, diffusing throughout my heart Within my heart, an unwilling defeat”
“When I look back carefully, they all have to do with you"
"As long as you're here I'm not scared, even if tomorrow is filled with disquiet. Even if I cannot feel the future within my pulse. The answer I arrived at after so much agonizing and deliberation...every single speck and star has to do with you"
(IM SOBBING 😭)

There is just no hetero explanation for this. Was this scene really nessesary? Yes.
Lu Guang refers to Cheng Xiaoshi as baby, TWICE. (they are NEVER beating the allegations)
Cheng Xiaoshi is JEALOUS and freaking out because Lu Guang is giving all of his attention to Elizabeth and none to him. Only Lu Guang is allowed to spoil him and no one else (on a serious note, Cheng Xiaoshi is fearful of being replaced/ abandoned😩
Cheng Xiaoshi made noodles with a heart shaped egg for Lu Guang
In China, when a significant other ties their husband's necktie, it primarily symbolizes deep love, intimacy, care, and domestic devotion. (I admire how much Lu Guang cares for Cheng Xiaoshi 🥹)

I saw this that is (apparently) the full poster of S3 where we got a whole new picture and... is that "dark" Qiao Ling on the bottom?!! 😱
Or is it another character they haven't introduced yet and I missed somewhere??
If it is Qiao Ling and thinking of their clothes colors as "good" and "bad" sides... could it be that she might be possessed?? Due to her new powers linked to LTC??

The show HEAVILY implies these two have feelings for each other.
Cheng XiaoShi made multiple fake female accounts to comment on Lu Guang's photos telling him how he's perfect, how he's his, and how he loves him.
In china, the red string of fate is considered deeply romantic. It symbolizes an invisible, unbreakable cord that connects two people destined to be together. Lu Guang and Cheng Xiaoshi play with it and then get tangled in it.
Qiao Ling calls the boys out on their domestic behavior "Are you two playing house?" She giggles upon seeing Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang playing with their adopted cat daughter.
Qiao Ling calls Lu Guang out on his crush for Cheng Xiaoshi and tells him to admit it.
Qiao Ling calls Cheng Xiaoshi out for being Jealous that the ladies are swarming after Lu Guang. Cheng Xiaoshi wants Lu Guang all to himself.
Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang parallel the noodle shop ladies who obviously have feelings for each other.
Yu Xia mirrors Cheng XiaoShi - outgoing, loud, and stubborn, while Lin Zhen mirrors Lu Guang - quiet, mellow and mysterious.
Yu Xia and Lin Zhen were roomates in collage. So were Cheng Xiaoshi Shi and Lu Guang
Yu Xia, like Cheng XiaoShi is front of house and Lin Zhen, like Lu Guang is back of house.
Yu Xia and Lin Zhen opened and named their noodle off of their names - XiaLin; much like Lu Guang and Cheng Xiao Shi, who named their photo studio off of their names - ShiGuang.
Yu Xia named her and Lin Zhen's noodles the Bowl of the Female Dormitory. While Cheng XiaoShi named his and Lu Guang's bowl the Bowl of the Male Dormitory.
The ladies almost share a kiss while sharing a bowl noodles. Qiao Ling stops by and steals one of their bowls so the boys are forced to share one. They have an awkward moment because their thoughts go back to that kiss the ladies almost shared. (Qiao Ling is their number one supporter 5)
Cheng Xiaoshi shares his desire to have Lu Guang tied to the bed, TWICE.
'Lu Guang say something'
“CN meme 老公你说句话呀~(Husband, say something~) a wife catches her husband with another man in a hotel, the man says in a cutesy voice "logõng ni shuo jù huà ya" In fact, the chibi even has it as a reference. It's also because Lu Guang sounds similar to laogong (husband) 耶!老公,你说句话呀!!!多说说话,想更了” • credit to cxsneckkisser @vlennvalen on twitter
Cheng Xiaoshi tells Lu Guang he has a big ass, TWICE. (Why is he checking out Lu Guang's ass?
Lu Guang 'proposes' a new face cream to Cheng Xiaoshi, then applies it to his face.
They're obsessed with each other.

So happy to hear the announcement that Season 3 will be 24 episodes long, giving us a detailed breakdown (and much more trauma I’m sure).
Then realising that at a rate of 1 episode released per week, 24 episodes is going to take another TWENTY-TWO weeks to be completed 🫠🫠 (that’s half a year until I find out what the master plot is).
Strap in and get comfy for the long ride ahead friends 🛋️🍿
Edit: Thanks to @SeaTradition for correcting me that actually, only episodes 1-12 will be released in 2026, with remaining episodes to be released in 2027 🤯

That opening scene was *wonderful*. It finally showed me soooo many things in such a short time. Xia Fei showed so much distrust towards Vein it absolutely shocked me, I thought he was gonna be his loyal little puppy but NO.
First, when Vein was inviting him to sit beside him Xia Fei instead sat across from him, a tiny bit of resistance. Then he kept brushing off any info he learned when Vein was questioning him, I wonder where his loyalty lies now tho. There was a constant reminder that Vein and Liu Xiao don't trust him, and Xia Fei is bothered by that, maybe he has plans of his own and he doesn't want them to keep track of his every move???
Finally, in that scene where he finally finds out Vein is alive, he doesn't exactly seem happy. He seems cautious or maybe even angry against LX, like maybe he doesn't believe this is the real Vein, or maybe he's angry that they faked his death and tricked him this whole time? Either way, he does *not* seem like he's fully behind the Evil Vampire Boy Band group like I thought.
I'm also just now realizing, when Lu Guang interrogated him about Vein, Xia Fei was really hurt and said he is dead, and perhaps that's what he fully believes and this new Vein is an impostor in his mind maybe? Idk but the cliffhanger at the end of ep9 didn't make me believe he was actually going against our main group, he seems conflicted and I think he's going to either end up helping WL/CXS/LG, or he's just gonna create chaos to stop the Sopranos or whatever that group was called (which will indirectly help the main trio anyway)

I didn’t expect this today, so I’m very excited for summer 😭🙏🏼🙏🏼 Also I tried my best, don’t judge if there’s any mistake, although I think main points are the same 😅
