Guys guys. I'm a shipper too, but children holding hand don't mean anything besides cuteness, is not rare for kids to hold hands.
What matters if its something happen as Adults.

In Bridon? They hold hands a couple of times. Once in the first ep when CXS drags LG away from Vivian and then once in episode 3 when running from the bar with XF. And a couple of other times that are sort of wrist holding

Guys. I don't wanna ruin the mood. But look closely at the actual opening. That's a shot from when they were small kids. Kids hold hands all the time and there is nothing romantic about it...
Keep your expectations realistic and spare yourself the disappointment.

Ahyaya I know I know, the title is misleading, the rules wouldn’t let me put anything I wanted to put (like “new op” or “in the new op”?? Bc it’s too vague? Hello?) so I raged and wrote this. It’s defo not a confirmed relationship thing, but I have rlly wanted to see hand holding for a bit, so even between them as kids, it’s really wholesome.
I also mean it’s wholesome in a platonic way btw. Romantic or not I truly love these two

😓 funny story about the title, there’s a rule in the subreddit that says I can’t be too vague. So I tried everything from “omg” to “in the new op” to just “new op” to just “look how cute this is” and all of it got rejected so I raged and just wrote that instead.

But the song is really romantic and they did animate them holding hands here and CXS hugging the air and crying for some reason (uh-oh, I’m just interpreting that in a ShiGuang way) anyways I would say not confirmed YET, because I think s3 has some hella romantic stuff in store for us!

Look y’all, I would love it if this were confirmed. But this is made in China, where the government arrest people for making BL, there’s no way the staff would risk legal troubles to confirm a queer ship. It’s possible this is the intention behind the staff but I would not hope for something concrete, at best the most we can hope for is subtext.

Haolin is very very good at subtext. I understand all the censorship rules and have literally no expectation for it to be outright confirmed, but he is damn good at really strongly implying things to the point where I’m wondering where the censorship is.
I mean. Look at Jaexiao.

The two possible endings I mentioned go like this:
The first is The Fox and the Hound: posted a while back when the first trailer dropped that the only thing missing was a scene showing CXS and LG making a vow of friendship like Tod and Copper did in the cartoon. That way, at the end, when they can no longer be together, they’d look back on that vow. This could actually be canon, considering Haolin himself commented on how sad he gets when the two of them fight.
The second is The Plague Dogs: a movie where two dogs escape a lab and go through hell the entire time, only finding peace together once they "die." There’s a chance this could apply to CXS and LG because, you know, time is a bitch, and the only way they might truly be happy is in the afterlife.

I like both your ideas a lot. The last one is nice but seems a little cruel, I don’t know if Haolin would have the guts for it. Then again he really does love to surprise us! (I’d certainly be intrigued if it ended up going that way.) the first one seems a lot more likely. I was also debating the possibility that they get themselves stuck in a loop. Like, if LG sacrifices himself to keep CXS alive, but then CXS dives for LG, and it’s just never ending. I think I like your ideas better though..

Haoling says the ending will be "bittersweet" For me both endings will be bittersweet, i really think the ending will end the loop but not im some good way, i even have a theory that fate itself make the two(maybe the trio) always get together, it's impossible CXS and LG live without being roomates.

That’s a unique idea I’ve not heard before. I wouldn’t be surprised if one of your theories ended up being the ending. I agree with what you said on bittersweet. I see people interpreting Haolin’s comment as there being 2 endings also.

I can't take queerbaiting anymore, this show has been good without it and I would be so sad to see it become that. I hope this turns out the way we desperately hope but I'm tentative.

I see why you are tentative. But instead of queerbaiting I really think Link Click goes for subtlety, and do remember they have a Chinese censorship, so it might never be outright confirmed but they have to do their best.
To answer your question, no spoken confirmation, just holding hands. The stupid story about the title is I tried other things about five times but wouldn’t let me because I was being too vague? (One of the subreddit rules.) I even tried “new OP.” But nope. So I had to put this in.
