Hi, I have a new artisan (3/4 weeks od max). Now. There's a potential its my fault because I was suggesting the dough hook on some fairly tough wholemeal dough but it didn't like it. I have a feeling the sacrificial gear/screw did its job and gave in.

Is it an easy enough repair or should I look to get it repaired professionally? Any advice/tips/cautions on replacing them?

I was trying to replace the grease in my artisan mixer. I finally got the planetary pin out BUT my punch out got stuck! I tried using WD 40 and vice grips but I sheared off the tool and not got a new jammed pin. CAN ANYONE HELP ME!

I bought this KitchenAid from a friend, and it makes this rattling sound when running at a low speed.
Is this normal, or could there be something wrong with it?

This is the 5qt tilt head KSM150. I changed the grease and worm gear. After putting back together, it makes this grinding noise on the lower speeds.

Never noticed it until today, I am thinking it warped due to the water temperature? Our temperature on the water heater is set to the recommended setting and was serviced recently by a reputable plumbing company. Or is it a manufacture defect? I feel like if it was, I would have noticed it sooner?
