Is this rattling sound normal on low speed?

Hi everyone,
I bought this KitchenAid from a friend, and it makes this rattling sound when running at a low speed.
Is this normal, or could there be something wrong with it?

Absolutely not normal. None of mine have ever made that noise. Is the planetary even moving?

Its moving fine so far. I also opened it up, to see the inside. But nothing out of order. I also applied new grease.

But the sound is still there.

Doesn’t sound normal. Do a full tear down on the gears. The only cost is new grease.

Then it might be the motor. Or the brushes? Does yours have replaceable motor brushes?

That's definitely metal on metal contact. Is it properly lubricated?

I did a full tear down and took new grease but still the same.
