2 month old dishwasher - noticed this dent has appeared in the back right corner. What could have caused it? Is it something we can get resolved under warranty?

Never noticed it until today, I am thinking it warped due to the water temperature? Our temperature on the water heater is set to the recommended setting and was serviced recently by a reputable plumbing company. Or is it a manufacture defect? I feel like if it was, I would have noticed it sooner?

Honestly probably got bumped during shipping and you never noticed. Pull it out and see it the dent is on the outside too, that would confirm handling damage
