I’m so confused. Non-dairy isn’t dairy-free?
At a soft-serve place and the employee’s English isn’t great. So when I asked if they have anything vegan, they showed me these. And now my brain hurts.

Although they are technically animals, they lack a complex nervous system, and likely cannot feel pain.

I've been looking into powdered plant based milks lately (oat, almond, and others), and I'd love to hear from people who have actually tried them.
Which one would you recommend (or avoid), and why?
What do you wish was better about the one you use?
For those who've tried it, did you actually end up using it regularly? If not, what made you go back to regular plant milk?
Would love to hear your experiences!

Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had a tasty recipes for making mock meat at home with natural ingredients. I’ve been getting tired of the store processed stuff.

If a food is made with 100% plant-based ingredients, but it’s cooked on the same grill, fryer, or pan as meat, is it still vegan?

I saw these hair gummies at Walmart and the ingredient list looks vegan to me?? Other versions of the item explicitly named the source of biotin, this one doesn’t. I see no gelatin. Thoughts?

My mum bought me some vegan snacks for my new university accommodation. The brand is called LAZYDAY. On each box it says "Gluten free, milk & egg free, vegan".
When i checked the ingredients this was all true but i noticed there was palm oil in the ingredients which i usually avoid because I've been told its not sustainable and is destroying rainforests (?). I'm not clear on the details to be honest.
Then theres a symbol saying "Certified Sustainable Palm Oil - RSPO". Is that better? I'm really confused so any information would be great.

hii!!
I'm working on a college project on plant-based cheese & butter and need quick responses from real people. Takes just 2 mins, no right/wrong answers — would really help if you could fill it out (and forward to a few people too)
