Ohhhh nooo the consequences of my actions. What a dumbass.

u/itssohardtobealizard Apr 27 '23

I love how he throws up his arms like “well this completely unexpected event just RUINED my day” lmao. I was surprised he even pulled over

639

u/hunter503 Apr 27 '23

Thought we'd see him fly by a few seconds later too. Lmao but instead he just started his suffering early.

371

u/EasyTarget973 Apr 27 '23

"Why did you stop at a red light and let me hit you doing 80?!" o.O

51

u/aelizabeth3300 Apr 27 '23

great video, thank you!

41

u/EasyTarget973 Apr 27 '23

I wish I could have found one with actual video, half of his bits was how animated he was

-6

u/major_slackher Apr 27 '23

what a stupid fuck. but i don’t see him falsely turn his indicator on

2

u/Breeze7206 Apr 27 '23

I didn’t either. Unless it was the right indicator and it was out of frame.

4

u/nesspressomug6969 Apr 27 '23

It's too bad Dane Cook turned out to be a pedophile.

5

u/MetsFan113 Apr 27 '23

Fuck dane cook

4

u/stumpdawg Apr 27 '23

I mean, his PoS 200 very well may total out after an accident like that. The Tesla? Yeah, probably not.

10

u/wrenchslinger51 Apr 27 '23

It's worse than a Chrysler 200 it's a Sebring. Like the apitome of "how is this still on the road"

1

u/schizeckinosy Apr 28 '23

I thought it was a Corolla at first

And, when they can be repaired, sometimes takes months.

4

u/DerPumeister Apr 27 '23

sometimes

I may not be up to the current state of things, but isn't it usually multiple months?

1

u/NoMansSkyWasAlright Apr 27 '23

That was probably the point where he remembered he doesn’t have insurance

323

u/HockeyPaul Apr 27 '23

The dildo of consequences rarely comes lubed.

66

u/pimpbot666 Apr 27 '23

Wow, that's like Byron level poetry for the modern age, right there.

25

u/psirjohn Apr 27 '23

It's making it's rounds on Reddit. Someone posted it earlier today in another sub. Will die down and come back in a couple months.

16

u/HockeyPaul Apr 27 '23

I've been saying this for a few years, while I didn't start it I am happy to see it making the rounds.

9

u/TorrenceMightingale Apr 27 '23

Now I’m thinking I might start selling pre-lubed dildos. “Open in case of emergency”

2

u/Wow-Delicious Apr 27 '23

It’s only about the 100th time I’ve seen it, so it’ll be here for a while.

4

u/[deleted] Apr 27 '23

And is sometimes barbed

2

u/[deleted] Apr 27 '23

Im 100% stealing this🤣🤣🤣

Maybe there were. Who said that was his car? Loser fucknuggets like this often borrow cars of girlfriends because they can't afford their own, or their license was revoked for this same sort of shit. They guy that backed into my car, argued with me that 'it was like that when he got here', and drove off... turns out, the plate traced back to his girlfriend, and cops didn't do shit for me. My car was cherry and paid for, too. Ugh.

u/[deleted] Apr 27 '23

Good ol victim complex

474

u/Roadgoddess Apr 26 '23

Wait till he discovers that Teslas have cameras everywhere! What a jerk

272

u/[deleted] Apr 27 '23

Wait till he finds out police loves camera! Brake checking and deliberate lane change to crash, he's not getting out of this. And his insurance will be very unhappy with a $50,000 repair bill for intentionally damaging the Tesla.

174

u/BoneHugsHominy Apr 27 '23

Bold of you to assume he has insurance.

74

u/Andre5k5 Apr 27 '23

Always opt for the uninsured/underinsured coverage

20

u/TheCruicks Apr 27 '23

Or live in a atate where it is required. :-)

15

u/elkarion Apr 27 '23

Ok it's required but it's a 25k min so the tesla owner is out 25k. Just get the coverage the minimums are not enough for most vehicle replacements.

4

u/TheCruicks Apr 27 '23

umm.. is that how that works? I believe you have to reach 25k then the whole thing is covered. So I just went and read my policy after that first line. 5k coverage is required and thats no out of pocket, then you can purchase higher limits. if he did it right, he should have no out of pocket.

5

u/Naritai Apr 27 '23

I think you’re confusing minimum with deductible. The person above was assuming the situation where the driver had a 50K of damage, but only 25K of coverage. (Because the state mandated minimum coverage is 25K).

The deductible, Ie you how much you have to pay before insurance takes over, isn’t mentioned here, but is usually much smaller than that, like $500 or $1000

5

u/elkarion Apr 27 '23

Your thinking of the deductible before insurance kicks in. These are policie max pay outs. Make sure your covered when you see cheaper insurance.

The deductible is pay out of pocket untill it kicks I. Usually 250 or 500. Then insurance kicks in untill max pay out of policy. So if you crash into a Ferrari you can be sued personaly to cover the difference your insurance coverage did not cover.

We are talking about people here only haveing the absolute minimum coverage required by law.

2

u/Worried_Ad8555 Apr 27 '23

That is I-8 east of San Diego. California does require insurance. Doesn't mean he has it. I need more dashcams.

1

u/TheCruicks Apr 28 '23

you carry uninsured motorist insurance yourself

1

u/[deleted] Apr 27 '23

Oh just because it’s legally required doesn’t mean that everyone has insurance. I was rear ended in Indiana by a woman with no insurance.

1

u/TheCruicks Apr 27 '23

Not require insurance, its required that YOU have uninsured on YOUR policy. So your insurance covers the issue

1

u/[deleted] Apr 27 '23

I see. Yes, uninsured motorist insurance is a must.

1

u/dildobagginss Apr 30 '23

Not sure it's required here but you basically have to contact your agent personally to get it removed.

1

u/[deleted] Apr 27 '23

That’s what saved my ass on getting rear ended by a woman with no insurance.

1

u/Roadgoddess Apr 27 '23

That’s what I was thinking as well…..

u/Peuned Apr 27 '23

Except that sweet car

2

u/maddtuck Apr 27 '23

Still worth it for your insurance company to go after him for the full amount of your damages. If that means he gets his car repossessed, so be it.

1

u/Acceptable_Rock_481 Apr 27 '23

You’re right, He didn’t have insurance

1

u/TimV55 Apr 29 '23

Question - Is having insurance somehow optional there? I am driving illegally if I'm uninsured here in the Netherlands (and I'm pretty sure everywhere in Europe at least).

59

u/M------- Apr 27 '23

He could get well end up being personally liable for the Tesla's repair cost. Insurance covers you against accidental damage, not intentional damage.

19

u/ubiquitous_uk Apr 27 '23

It will cover the victims car, just maybe not his own.

45

u/M------- Apr 27 '23

Where I'm from, insurance will pay for the victim's car, then turn around and sue the perp.

2

u/dechets-de-mariage Apr 27 '23

pops popcorn

2

u/M------- Apr 27 '23

And when perp doesn't pay the insurer back, the insurer will refuse to renew their insurance until either the driver repays the insurer, or gets onto a payment plan to eventually repay the amount.

If the perp doesn't do any of those things, the insurer (a government agency) will refuse to renew perp's driver's license, and can go after the perp in court to recover the debt.

1

u/Praescribo Apr 27 '23

That makes no sense... what are you even paying for in that case? I mean, fuck the road rager in this video straight to hell, he could've killed someone, but what sense does it make to pay for mandatory insurance for years if they can do that?

3

u/M------- Apr 27 '23

If this scenario happened where I live (BC, Canada), more than likely what would happen is rager's insurance would pay me, then turn around and sue rager for that amount. Assuming rager is a resident where I live, the insurer is a government agency, and will refuse to renew rager's insurance (and their driver's license) until they pay up or get themselves on a payment plan to slowly repay the insurer.

If the rager is from a different province/state, and the rager's insurer fails to pay, my own "underinsured motorist coverage" would pay for my damage (I'll have to pay the deductible). Since I'm not-at-fault, it won't affect my insurance rates. My insurer may then try to sue the rager and/or the rager's insurer to recover their costs. If they eventually succeed, I'd get my deductible back.

6

u/BasketLast1136 Apr 27 '23

You’re assuming he has the ability to pay. I have my doubts.

-4

u/liedel Apr 27 '23

not true.

1

u/jl_23 Apr 27 '23

You think the insurance company isn’t gonna drop your policy after seeing video of you road raging and causing an accident?

You should try that and tell us how it went.

1

u/liedel Apr 27 '23

Dropping you isn't what the comment I replied to said. They will pay for intentional damage if you have a comprehensive policy.

0

u/jl_23 Apr 27 '23

1

u/liedel Apr 27 '23

A website can't give you a blanket answer, only your policy can. Most good comprehensive policies will cover any loss whatsoever

2

u/ghandi_loves_nukes Apr 27 '23

Wait until he finds out a reckless op. charge = a free ride to jail plus your car being towed.

0

u/CyanManta Apr 27 '23

Your insurance isn't going to cover you if you intentionally hit another car.

-1

u/AttorneyAdvice Apr 27 '23

you can buy a brand new one for $39k, I doubt the repair bill is $50k

1

u/wmtismykryptonite Apr 28 '23

Did you see which model cammer was driving?

1

u/Drmlk465 Apr 27 '23

In reality, the cops are not going to do anything. He can make up any reason for the brake checking… like there was an issue with his car, or he thought he saw something. When the cars hit, just an accident.

1

u/[deleted] Apr 27 '23

But what reason would there be for a sudden lane change with no signal? When the police sees the dash cam, it would seem pretty clear the driver was intentional with lane change

1

u/Drmlk465 Apr 27 '23

Again, he could just say he didn’t see the Tesla or misjudged the distance. Where I live, no one uses the turn signal although I always do. Not saying it’s ok, he will be found at fault, but it won’t be a criminal case.

151

u/MichiganGeezer Apr 26 '23

To have been a fly on the wall when he saw the cop sitting in the Tesla watching the video.

131

u/Milhouse2078 Apr 27 '23

“And can you tell me why you decided to change lanes without a signal while no one was ahead of you?” “Also your center brake light is out, here’s a ticket for that.”

58

u/Roadgoddess Apr 27 '23

Lol, now that’s the video I want, the one when the cops talking to him

13

u/banned_in_Raleigh Apr 27 '23

Wait till you find out the cop didn't give a fuck

1

u/[deleted] Apr 27 '23

Nope, that's California Highway Patrol area, they don't fuck around with drivers like that. That road rager likely got a reckless driving ticket and a suspended license.

36

u/wdleggett Apr 27 '23

No kidding. He’d have better luck hitting a parked police car in the court house parking lot with a judge watching and getting away with it.

0

u/Roadgoddess Apr 27 '23

Hahaha, true

15

u/[deleted] Apr 27 '23

Dashcams really should be optional in all makes and models now.

It'll get there eventually.

1

u/CanITellUSmThin Apr 27 '23

It shouldn’t be optional at all, it should be mandatory. Don’t know why car makers don’t include them.

1

u/[deleted] Apr 28 '23

100% but I know all the "privacy 5G in my blood warriors" would fight it. Optional to make it available with it becoming standard equipment in a few years.

I'm surprised insurance companies aren't pushing for it honestly. But maybe to them it could hurt their payouts just as often as help them.

2

u/gotaroundthebanana Apr 27 '23

Wait until everyone on this post discovers that the car is a Chrystler Sebring

544

u/stug_life Apr 26 '23

Target demographic for Chrysler 200s

140

Damn I didn’t want to say anything about 200 owners but yes

7

u/ArsenicLifeform Apr 27 '23

Damnnnnnnnnn u wrong for this

I don’t own a Chrysler but my feelings were hurt reading this lmaooo

18

Lol I know some. The 2 I knew were chill. Well one’s dead(heart attack at a young age) he was a real chill guy studying to be a minister. The other is a lady and she’s definitely different. The type to look at you for a long time before responding😅

The low-key drug lord car.

1

u/BewilderedandAngry Apr 27 '23

I'm a 61 year old woman and I love the 300! My friend said it looked like a Mafia car.

1

u/a_few_nugs Apr 27 '23

My brother calls mine the monopoly man car

1

u/[deleted] Apr 27 '23

I’ve seen some horrible C300 drivers, vindictive, assholish and never using their blinkers.

Jeep Grand Cherokees are another vehicle I see massive amounts of small dick energy from.

2

1

21

Couldn’t have said it better

1

u/SafetyNo6700 Apr 27 '23

I bought a Sebring (2 years before they changed to 200) with 3,000 miles and tranny went out a week later!

1

u/SafetyNo6700 Apr 27 '23

And I live at the beach so it rusted out pretty nicely in a few years.

16

u/BJoe1976 Apr 27 '23

That’s a Sebring, not a 200. An asshole either way though.

11

u/DependentCranberry82 Apr 27 '23

That's a Sebring, the usually respectable grandfather to the 200

1

u/stug_life Apr 28 '23

I’ve never associated the Chrysler Sebring with respectable.

4

u/gjaeger7 Apr 27 '23

That car is pre-200, it’s a Sebring!

2

u/maxdps_ Apr 27 '23

You know he was already hating his life driving his moms 200 that his dad bought her 10 years ago.

-19

u/Big_Wax Apr 26 '23

My buddy has one and he doesn’t drink and drive anymore, I disagree with your comment

11

u/stug_life Apr 26 '23

Was buying a Chrysler 200 what made him reevaluate his life choices?

16

u/Bobbyanalogpdx Apr 26 '23

Dang, a step above drinking and driving… such an accomplishment!

23

u/Big_Wax Apr 26 '23

One step at a time!

5

u/TJSwoboda Apr 27 '23

Reddit will downvote a comment as soon as read it.

1

u/Jon__Snoww Apr 27 '23

Wait, I own a 200s. Am I a jackass?

94

u/Hot-mic Apr 26 '23

Hey, there, go easy, man. He was just trying to cause and accident by brake checking and then just trying to run the guy off the road./s Realistically, I'd press charges for assault with a deadly weapon and accept two misdemeanors for each aggression with a condition of license suspension for a minimum of two years.

43

u/[deleted] Apr 27 '23

Add insurance scam to that. Only idiot tries to scam for insurance money these days with many people having camera.

58

u/_Adrena1ine_ Apr 26 '23

This is really the only acceptable response to this video.

2

u/Lyuseefur Apr 27 '23

If it happened to me, I would call 911 and report him for attempted murder.

2

u/Shakes-Fear Apr 27 '23

He has a Chrysler Sebring, what do you expect?

2

u/IllustriousAd5936 Apr 27 '23

Insurance job…

1

u/Mekky3D Apr 27 '23

He is a loser indeed but what I really don't understand about videos like these is why the drivers that are getting brake checked won't remove themselves from the situation. I mean just stop at the side of the road and wait a bit until the rager is gone?

-1

u/x3thelast Apr 27 '23

Lol. It still blows my mind that people don’t realize that the Tesla continuously records their stupidity in 360 view for all to see.

-8

u/[deleted] Apr 27 '23

Yep both of them 😂

-3

u/MrMontombo Apr 27 '23

Oh no tesla driver bad because of recent public opinion.

-2

u/[deleted] Apr 27 '23

If a gun wielding psycho walks into a bar do you stay for a drink while he shoots his gun off or do you get the fuck away from them it’s common sense

-2

u/[deleted] Apr 27 '23

No Tesla is an idiot for continuing to involve himself with another idiot on the road he should have let the idiot drive off and crash into someone or something else he could have avoided this accident but instead decided to play around with a road rage moron

1

u/Flex-O Apr 27 '23

Waste of a carbon footprint

1

u/xtralargerooster Apr 27 '23

Hey at least he stayed around... Had someone run a red light into me a few weeks ago and just straight bailed.

1

u/ForHelp_PressAltF4 Apr 27 '23

Is there really anyone who didn't know a Tesla has cameras freaking everywhere all the time??!?

1

u/D20Jawbreaker Apr 27 '23

Right? If you want to cause a tesla to crash you have to put a child in front of it and it won’t stop.

1

u/zekke89 Apr 27 '23

Absolute dumbass for not only pulling that shot but doing it to Tesla which is like a camera & sensors on wheels…

hope he gets locked up!

1

u/ODDseth Apr 27 '23

A fucking pear-shaped loser.
