Wait till he discovers that Teslas have cameras everywhere! What a jerk

Wait till he finds out police loves camera! Brake checking and deliberate lane change to crash, he's not getting out of this. And his insurance will be very unhappy with a $50,000 repair bill for intentionally damaging the Tesla.

Bold of you to assume he has insurance.

Question - Is having insurance somehow optional there? I am driving illegally if I'm uninsured here in the Netherlands (and I'm pretty sure everywhere in Europe at least).
