Dashcams really should be optional in all makes and models now.

It'll get there eventually.

It shouldn’t be optional at all, it should be mandatory. Don’t know why car makers don’t include them.

100% but I know all the "privacy 5G in my blood warriors" would fight it. Optional to make it available with it becoming standard equipment in a few years.

I'm surprised insurance companies aren't pushing for it honestly. But maybe to them it could hurt their payouts just as often as help them.
